Absolutely love my computer. I am a college student and mom so I have to constantly be doing work for school and need the flexibility to do so without having to worry about my computer. The only thing I do not like about my computer is that it only comes with two USB ports. I had a connector to have more. I would recommend this. Easy to navigate through and get things done as easily as possible.

Bought this computer for my wife as a replacement to her current computer that had quit working. The only complaint that she had was that the backlit key board was not as good as her previous computer (Lenovo). The Lenovo had black keys on the keyboard so when the back light was on the keys showed up very well. The new HP computer has metallic keys on the keyboard and when the backlight is on they don’t appear as noticeable.

Sharp screen, quick SSD, and for web surfing and office tasks, it more than fits the bill. Got it on sale, so it was by far one of the least expensive 14" 2-in-1's with an i5. Feels sturdy and the hinges seem solid, so we're hoping for many trouble free years with this one. The 7 year old Toshiba i7 it replaced was a good machine until it suffered a catastrophic failure, and the new HP is much faster. Just make sure to get rid of installed anti-virus and get a less resource intensive solution.

Only had it a few days, so limited review. However, it is a heavy duty quality feel. The keyboard is very smooth and the screen display is beautiful. I have been on the Macbook for years and switched back to HP. I am very pleased. For the price, this is exactly what I wanted, get the job done without using a plastic feeling computer. Many of the lower priced laptops feel very lightweight and flimsy. this feels solid like I won't break it just by sitting it down. If you want a nice midline laptop 2 in 1, get this.

Purchased this 2-in-1 to replace the Chromebook bought 2 yrs ago. While the Chromebook fulfilled the minimum needs for distance learning, a computer with this functionality is much better. Nice to play video games. Lots of memory. She's an artist and uses the touch screen daily for her creative endeavors. Used my Student Deal discount and on-sale price to get this at a good price. Easy to set-up.

I love it but I don't like the noisy fan It's annoying and interrupting I do not know if this is a common issue for this kind

This is a very lite and easily traveled with laptop. Quick and reliable, she loves this. Also doubles as her reader as well.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. It’s a nice machine and the WIFI WORKS GREAT I was concerned about the fact that there was no Ethernet port but it turned out not to be an issue. I did get an external DVD drive but very few newer laptops come with internal drives. It’s a nice solid little system and I have no complaints so far. I even was considering buying another for myself but the price went up so I’ll probably wait a while.
