Not what I thought it would be

Some problems I have is that my computer can get super hot and the fan is super loud and it dies quickly but other then than the computer is fast great for my homework but I wouldn’t go back and but this computer again

It is a nice looking laptop. My other daughter had an older model. This one seems a bit smaller in size. The only issue we've had so far is that the internet connection drops from time to time when my daughter is attending school online. We're not sure if it is the internet at home (but other devices at home are fine), the laptop (happened to my other daughter's older model too), or the school. It's happened enough times, so minus one star.
