The older HP she has was still working great but it was a little young for her needs. She has passed it down to my son and is happy to have her new updated HP computer. There as so many features she loves about it. She was excited about the thumb print so she doesn't have to remember the passcode all the time she can just use her thumb.

Large clear easy to read display with very responsive touch. Backlight in keyboard with brightness adjustment. Battery seems to last long while in sleep mode. Machine comes with 8 Gb of ram and is upgradable to 16. Has a 256 Gb NVME 2.0 SSD Stick that is upgradable. Aluminum case not plastic. Servers my needs perfect. Has win 10 home no S mode and very little bloat ware. Good machine that I got for a good price.

Positive Purchase - HP 14" laptop

The keyboard is easy to the touch and I love the backlight and the touchscreen. I use this device for the usual putting together documents and checking email and no gaming on my end. I wanted a smaller device so this 14" is good for me. I have purchased a similar laptop in the past and enjoyed that as well and this does not disappoint.

That laptop was my life and I didn't want anything else. I have now had this laptop for a month and I absolutely love it. I use it mostly for school work but its also great for entertainment. It self updates, has plenty of storage space and the fingerprint reader is a plus! Also buying and picking it up was simple, the staff was very friendly! I would recommend
