I love this HP computer. It is functioning well and fast

This laptop is slim, has an attractive design, feels lightweight, has all the necessary ports, and the latest software and technology to power through the average user's computer needs. Paired with a great processor, system memory, and a solid-state drive, it's very zippy. Quiet operation and doesn't get overheated. Decent screen and resolution, and it's foldable and touch screen. On sale, it's a great buy!

I really do like the speed and the well around use you can get out of it

Got this for my son. He needed a good laptop for school. There were many options but we decided on this one. The design of the laptop is very sleek and professional. Everything works perfectly. It’s not a noisy at all. Surprisingly light weight and very durable. Battery life is great, no problems connecting to wifi. Overall very good laptop. The price was also hard to beat.

I got this for my 71-year-old mother at her request. It's her 1st laptop ever, and the only thing she had to say about it is that she doesn't like all the default folders under OneDrive. I know that's probably not helpful to anyone, but since she hasn't complained about anything else, I'm assuming that means the laptop is otherwise easy to use for people who aren't adept at personal electronic devices.

Bought it as a gift for a family member. I had to set it up as they are older, but they love it and and have enjoyed learning to use it. It is easy to use and has plenty of capabilities. I bought a laptop cooler for it as it doesn’t have a whole lot of ventilation at the bottom. The cooler definitely keeps it cool, So that it doesn’t end up haven’t power issues or overheating issues.

Lop top is very ligth , easy to use now I'm learning more about this devices throuth this device , cool ha . is too hot take it to the park show off like an expert battery is great won't let you down . turn on the hot spot in your phone watch movies be careful on this one" hackers " cruel reality , but enjoy the time feel like kid with a new toy " horchata , pupusas and netflix all the way guys "

I bought this computer after having another HP for 9 years without issues. I liked the color and loved the touch screen and the sound quality was good and I liked the keyboard and the looks of the computer. But... This computers battery only last about 4 - 4.5 hours before needing to be plugged in again and hi h made me worry about how it would decline as time goes on. It got warm but was manageable. One day I tried to use the laptop and as another reviewer said, the mouse pad space wouldn’t work unless I pressed down on it super hard to the point I was afraid I was going to break it. I turned off the computer and rebooted it and it seemed ok. Then I turned it off and picked it up to use the next day and the same thing happened again. Best Buy geek squad said the drivers for the mouse pad may need to be reinstalled. I had this one month. Needless to say I decided to return this and an thankful got the extended holiday return period.

Its light and easy to figure out. Great for work and school. Love the touch screen !
