Excellent value for the money

Of course, we were excited since anything new will almost be better. However, with all the options out there including the MS Surface we were stuck. Luckily we made the right decision - yes it is an i5 core BUT for what the wife needs (emails, excel, perhaps photo review) it is perfect. Be sure to apply all Window patches AND update the BIOS as well.

Ok Computer

My last computer was a surface, which I loved, but it was going out. I was in a crunch and had to purchase. It is loud and tends to get hot loud. I love the touch screen feature.

Excellent Product at a Fair Price

I needed one that I could use for business. One within my budget. Email from Best Buy showed Sale! I found it in this Pavilion. So easy to set up, I didn't even need to call the Geek Squad for help with set up. Which if you knew me you would understand that is a miracle in itself. So thank you HP & Best Buy. Excellent product at a fair price.

Very Nice Laptop

Keyboard is very comfortable and also feels high-end. Aesthetically, this looks like a 1200 dollar machine. But, the 1.0 i5 used instead of the 1.6 is very noticeable, even after fully updating. This machine does use 3200Mhz DDR4 w I did have to end up returning because the microphone quit working after about three weeks despite all attempts to restore.
