good computer for the money

The only issue I have is the left click button sticks from time to time and I have to hit it hard to get it to work. I returned the computer and and exchanged it for another one and I had the same issue with that one too. If you don't mind the left click button sticking than it is a good computer. Other than that it works fine.

Very good purchase

My daughter is an online schooler and her laptop literally fell apart. HP has always been good to us. This new one has not let us down. It has been working great. The size is very convenient and there are a lot of safer features. Love that the keyboard lights up.

Great Laptop!

We wanted a laptop that had the Active Pen feature. The Best Buy sales rep told us this one didn't (and was pretty adamant that it didn't) but the HP website told said it did.....so we decided to try it. Thankfully, it works great with the Active Pen feature! It has been a great laptop and provides everything we wanted.

Good computer for school work and work from home

I like the feature of using my finger print to log in. I use it for work mostly, and some YouTube and Facebook. I use zoom for work, what I didn’t like is that when I was in zoom, it froze on me twice. But hasn’t happened again. I never had any issues with my old one so when it happened with this one I wasn’t happy, but thankfully I haven’t had any issue again.
