Great experience with my first laptop

The staff person showed me many laptops and explained what each had to offer and helped me make my decision. I lope my laptop. Using it daily. The Geek squad set up the basics for me. BestBuy honored the warranty and refunded my money. I purchased a second laptop for my wife and with the same Geek Squad coverages. So far, so good. I did not research the pricing for the laptops but found out we may have saved if we had shopped during the sales periods. BestBuy customers for several years and not dissatisfied.

Good Buy at Best Buy

Pick up was easy and quick. Tech installation by Bathany from the Geek Squad was helpful. However, I tried to contact Bathany & the Geek Squad three times with a follow up question buy got no reply. I just chalked it up to the virus and Christmas load the must have. I will try again after the holiday.

Sharp metal edges.

The main issue is the workmanship on the outer shell. The metal on the sides where the top meets the bottom is very sharp!! If you carry your laptop on you arms you will definitely feel this. I am trying to find a skin/ cover to put on the laptop to cover up these sharp edges, but haven’t found one yet. Hp says they don’t have one.
