I like that you can use it as a tablet if you want to. It starts up and shuts down very quickly. For someone that is older and not very technologically inclined, it is very easy to use. The geek squad was very helpful to set up the computer when I first purchased it and it is good to know that they are there to help if needed.

The new one's temp is much better. The computer works great. Hp bloat wear and all other pop up up mate and download stuff can be annoying. Last time I bought i believe geek squad removed what was removable. I need to do that again. But machine is fine. Not crazy about the goldfish color. Would prefer silver or blue.
