    The service was just terrible. I finally had someone out to the house to find out what was wrong with my old computer that I had to buy a new one! Nothing wrong with it per the agent. But I already had the new computer set up so I kept both. I really regret that no one helped me with the new program of Microsoft. Therefore, I am still having problems..

    Was on Black Friday sale for about $500. Bought it for my son to take it to his dorm. No issue so far. Screen is beautiful and the touchscreen 2-in-1 is convenient. A bit heavier than I expected and reviews have mentioned about the battery, but he hasn't complained since all his classes are online still and doesn't need to carry it around.
