I got a very good deal on this item, and I don’t know much about laptops but I am very satisfied. The tablet setting is a little awkward and I don’t use it as much but overall it runs very well. I usually have a battery life of about 2-4 hours but I would find that pretty good for what it is. The image quality is great and it runs my school programs as well as a game very well

So easy to setup and used almost immediately. Great bargain.

Great laptop! If you want to perform basic tasks such as zoom calls and multitasking. Son has previous generation of the Pavillion 2-in-1 and it has worked perfectly up to this point(about 2 years). Wanted one for myself so I went with this one, do not regret. Does heat up a bit once in a while but should not be a constant problem.

Great laptop. Love the smooth 144hz and with the bright and colorful 1080p HD display. The fingerprint scanner makes it easy and secure to use and keep your information safe from others trying to use your specific account. Multiple accounts can be made on the laptop with or without security settings like the scanner. 2 in 1 feature was the selling point for me because im a student and going between a tablet and laptop comes in very useless when its need out of no where. Only issues. - Small 250 gig ssd storage. - special tools required to pry laptop open if you wish to upgrade individual components. - price is good for having good display and components plus the small extra features like the 2 in 1, fingerprint scanner, touch-sensitive display. But these small features are not worth it since you can get faster and stronger components for the same price only if you build your own "tower" ( term for the large box shaped desktop version of a pc )

Works well. Overheats easily, then shuts down with an error message.

This was an excellent buy for my dad. I wish I bought one with a bigger screen, but it doesn't take away how great this laptop is. The keys on the keyboard are large with large print which is great because my dad has large fingers and he can barely see. He watches a lot of YouTube videos so he enjoys being able to fold it like it's a tablet.

nice laptop only downside is the battery can die quicker than i would like
