    Great overall laptop. I have an smaller 13.3 HP with faster processor but this has all the same features and cannot tell that it any slower than that for what we do. This was for my daughter to go back to school but I will be fine if she take the 13.3 HP that I paid much more for than this. Love the lighted keys on both! A+

    I purchased this honestly without much research into different products- and it's served me very well. Easy to use and doesn't crash (often) Sometimes It does get overwhelmed with applications though. I primarily use it for making digital art

    The many years I have been shopping at BestBuy I have never had anything even close to any issues! So easy to work with and products are great.     The SSD is the best part of this laptop with fast boot times, and the high Mhz RAM let's you multitask if you're into that kind of thing. Not the best for gaming but that's not really its purpose with these specs. Overall great laptop and I was able to get a big discount on it through a sale and a college student discount.

    It took me awhile to get used to all the extras on this laptop. I’d been using an HP laptop that was 15 years old. The screen on my new laptop is a bit small, but it can be used in several positions. For ease of use I added a wireless keyboard and mouse. Overall, I’m very happy with this laptop.
