I love how small it is. I can maneuver around smoothly. I love the style and sleek design of it and hint of gold. The resolution is on point. I use it for nursing school. Highly recommend for anyone in school. Worth it for someone on a budget.

I operate a small business where I am in 3-5 homes a day and need to be able to take notes and share them with my venders. Having this 2 in 1 has allowed me to develop specific sheets that I can denote and send to specific people. I would very much recommend this to anyone on the fence between a tablet or laptop.

The laptop is very nice, however after 1 week, I started having a display issue where the screen would shut off and display pixels. I took it back and exchanged it for a new one so far all good. Geek squad said it was most likely a software issue which I didn't agree with but recommended I exchange since I was within the time frame.

This laptop is sleek easy to carry. Very light weight. Speed is fabulous on it. And the touch screen is in line. I can have 10 apps open at 1 time and it flows perfectly. Gaming never slows. Love the fact that it folds like a book and you can hold it to read. When we are ready we will get a second one.

I absolutely love my laptop but the trouble to get it was horrific!!! Delays ordering it n then getting it set up with Brandon at the GS was not much help bc I said "freaking"n then the little JR mgr with control issues gives me a hard time!! JR get a real job n you're always going to be height challenged so grow up!!!

This was purchased for my niece who came to stay with us during the Covid-19 pandemic. She was able to do all her school work and attend online classes without any problems. I would recommend this computer for any high school student who is attending classes online.

Compact, sleek, affordable, efficient processor, nice design

I purchased this laptop about a year ago and still love it. This purchase was worth it. So far it has been working. The only issue I started having was with the sound system. There are few cases where I cannot hear things. I have to restart my laptop to solve the issue.

Fan is ridiculously loud......and it still overheats in just a matter of 4-5 minutes after start up.......then it starts to freeze and then totally crash. Speakers are terrible....very low volume. Returned it after 3 days.

Easy to set up, fast. light nd bright. easy to carry.

So far no issues. Really like the quality and speed.

The computer itself is good. My issue is I was supposed to a free item with purchase. I was told I would be informed when it was ready to be picked up in store. I was never informed and then got an email stating because I didn’t pick it up I do not get it. I would have picked it up had I been told it was ready.

I am a teacher and needed to update my computer For the upcoming virtual learning. The computer has functioned well thus far. The setup for Windows was something that took a little while. Battery life has been good. Picture is good. Have had no complaints from my principal about freezing during Zoom meetings.
