I am very happy with this computer. I usually use a high end chromebook, but it doesn't handle Zoom meetings well. This machine is exactly what I needed to work from home. It does heat up pretty quickly when running Zoom, so I purchased a stand with a fan that it sits on which resolves that issue.

Great laptop and nice speed. Just miss the numeric key pad.

Purchased this laptop for My daughter and I liked it so much, had to buy one for Myself. It charges quickly, battery lasts a long time. This is My first time having a touch screen on a laptop and it works great. This is an amazing laptop for the price. Highly recommend this product!

HP Pavillion is the right size and the weight is ok. The keyboard is a little stiff, meaning you have to kind of pound on the keys. The power cord is made so that the cord is at a right angel to the part that plugs in to the computer so that there is no bending of the cord and not weak spots in it. All in all i am satisfied.

The computer is awesome, the battery life, not so much

I've been very pleased with this computer. It has all the technological bells and whistles-security, camera, and such- but what really makes me happy is that I rarely have to stop to charge it. It's been great. It also has good picture, so streaming movies has been very nice.

Pros: Good design (I realized that the bezels under the screen are a great design decision), Flawless touch, Good keyboard. cons: The laptop heats up even when doing minor tasks. Its a bit heavy for a 14". Comes with Bloatware. Battery life is questionable.

got it for$749 and the next day it went on sale for $599. Got my money back thanks to Best Buys Chat feature. I was super happy with it that I convinced my mom that she should get one too. So I snagged another one. Great image and sound. I'm a teacher and it does everything I need it to do. Great purchase.

I’m so glad Best Buy ships to Guam! The computer is great but it took a long time to get here. It took 7 weeks to get here. If it was shipped priority mail it would have gone on a plane instead of a ship. It was stuck in Richmond, California for about 2 weeks! So very thankful when my ship came in!

Good product and good value for it. I was actually looking for another laptop that had the same specs and was at a lower cost, but that one was no longer in stock and this product was pointed out to me by the sales staff at Best Buy. The other laptop would have been a great deal, but this one is not bad either.

I am really enjoying my new laptop. It is fast and light weight. The keyboard lights are definitely a plus as I am logged on at night often. The only negative is it seems to get hot fairly quick and the fan kicks in to cool it. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and the Best Buy salesman was very helpful.

This computer has everything I need to do what is necessary for my lifestyle. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I can access anything I need in a timely manner. It gives great tips for shortcuts and how to manage my usage on the computer. Just the right size, keyboard is easy to see and use.

Great computer ,just wished the battery last longer

I love this laptop. I purchased it when we began teaching remotely, and it has been the perfect vehicle for my work. Great screen resolution, easy to set up, and the usb, hdmi, sd ports make this a great machine for the classroom on the go. SSD drive allows for quick response.

My previous computer was an older HP which served me well. As I was undecided as what I should purchase ,my daughter suggested the HP pavilion as she purchased one two months previous and liked the amount of storage, and the finger print startup. I also like the lighted key.

I purchased this for my daughter in middle school. It's fast but since her sister has used it I have noticed some sluggish start up. So will be using software to clean it up some and hope that helps. But easy sign in using fingerprint option. She loves it. But with what I paid probably could have gone with an Apple.
