Great laptop and still learning it. Thanks to Geek Squad and the young gentleman that lined me out and going. The young lady at BB was so helpful explaining the differences in the laptops once I told her my purpose for my purchase. My friend bought the same computer.

With the help of one of your sales staff, we purchased the perfect computer for our family. As this is our first experience with Window10, we were somewhat apprehensive, but with some help by the Geek Squad our fears were eliminated and our enjoyment with our new computer is great.

Laptop isn’t for me but from what I see it works for what my sister needs it for which is basic tasks for school. She uses Microsoft teams, chrome, YouTube, and word. It’s already been months since she first got it and hadn’t had any problem with her laptop.

I needed a laptop when my macbook air died. I didn't want to spend over $1,000 on another laptop, so I did my research on top rated laptops. After watching and reading reviews, this was the best option. I am happy with my choice. I have been using this laptop primarily for teaching online.

I bought this unit for my Godson in college. To say he loves it is an understatement. I also got a chance to experience the performance and great look and was blown away. This is excellent value for the price. I will definitely buy this laptop again, this time for my wife.

So far I love it! I haven't I had a new computer in years!! I was frustrated at first trying to make Chrome and Google the default and couldn't. Once I let go and gave in to Microsoft Edge and Bing everything was fine. I like it! It's good to try something new!

I purchased this laptop because of the great price. I love that there were several reviews that I was able to read through. The were out of the item in the store and so I had to order online. It said it would be a month but, it shipped early and I received it after only a few days.

Overall a decent budget laptop for school work. Decent construction. Not too heavy. Responsive touch screen. Fingerprint reader for Windows Hello is very very responsive and lets you login super easy and quick. Metallic look makes it appear more expensive than it really is. Good value for money.

This HP laptop was purchased for my daughter for college this year. We have two other HP laptops and love them. My son chose a different brand when he started college two years ago and wished he would have gotten a HP! Perfect size for college students and has all the features needed.

This is my first laptop in a long time and I love every bit of it. I initially bought it to work from home but it turned out to be so much more than that, like an on the go TV, when I put it on tablet mode. The sharpness on the screen when I read or watch movies is utterly amazing.

I bought it as graduation gift for my son to use in his first year in college. He loved it. Great quality, sleek design, stylish golden finish, clear crisp full hd picture and very quiet and smooth performance. It fits the bill and equipped with many high end features. Way to go HP.

First time laptop purchase and I'm very happy with my purchase everything I was looking for in a laptop and at a reasonable price too, considering it it a 2in1 with a pretty decent sized screen. Works perfectly for school and I am able to play a games on it pretty well too.

I love everything about how easy this laptop is to use. The touch-screen is amazing, and I love the layout and feel of the keyboard. The screen bends back as well, and is sleek and simple. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this laptop and would recommend it to anyone!

Love my laptop No issues I use to for basic at home word processing, excel and of course social media The speakers are not the greatest but they aren’t the worst either I would buy again As a matter of fact shhh my daughter is getting the same one from Santa

I love this laptop. It feels fairly premium in quality. I have one major complaint. I purchased it primarily for writing notes. THis doesn't work well without a power button on the side. I cannot turn the power on when in tablet mode.

My 15 year old son is in a Early College High School program. Therefore, he needed a good computer for his high school/college classes. He loves it. It has everything we were looking for in a computer. A good value for your money. This is a good investment for his future.

I am very pleased with my new HP-Pavilion. It is much smaller than our old laptop computer, and will be easier to take when we travel. I occasionally have to re-push a key, because I haven't pushed hard enough, but that is the only problem that I have encountered.

Great laptop and functional tablet! It's sleek and just the right size to tote around during this virtual learning/teaching that came with Covid. Would recommend this computer to teachers presenting and recording lessons!

great deal and price. this laptop has lots to offer and can do everything except talk to you. I purchased it and used it and I'm loving how it process faster and the camera is great quality. i use it to save materials and read books that i download and also to write poems.

My mom bought this laptop for a niece that lives outside of the US. My mom was so happy and excited when opening the package to see how small, light weight and beautiful the laptop was. Plus it was very economical. I believe this is perfect for taking online classes during this pandemic.
