This laptop is great! It is quick, lightweight, and easy to use. I love how the keyboard lights up when using it and the size of the screen is perfect for what I want to do. This is my first laptop in about 10 years and I am thankful for it.

At a time when students are being asked to do some virtual schooling, this laptop is a great fit in meeting a student’s needs without breaking the bank. The 2-in-1 capability is awesome and allows the laptop to function similar to an iPad. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great fairly light weight laptop at 3.5 pounds. Just right for our needs. Speed and performance not a high priority. If performance is a top factor then need additional memory.

This computer was purchased for my son for college. The weight is very manageable the sign on is very easy with the finger print recognition. The computer was very affordable and had all of the programs needed for his college courses.

Use it every day. Some annoyance with the sign-on security with fingerprint or pin, but other than that, no problems. Good response, easy to use. Needed support on a problem caused by a 3rd-party software and the tech person was gracious and very helpful.

Love this! Started grad school this week and my computer died so I bought this, and I needed it for just school stuff but it’s so nice and the Download speed is amazing. We are gonna get another one of these for my daughter who does virtual school!

This is my 3rd all in 1 device. First 2 were lenovo yogas. I think this HP device is far and above superior. Well made and amply powered. Also didn't come with as much bloatware as most PCs do.

The computer has only been functioning a few days because Microsoft and OneDrive were giving me problems. Otherwise, the computer itself is easy to operate and the screen is vivid. I believe the Geek Squad do a good job yesterday tweaking the software. I have my fingers crossed!

Purchased about a month ago. Had an older Ultrabook w/ Windows 7. This has met all my expectations, just use it for the basics. Audio & video very clear. Easy to use and the processor is much faster. Live in a rural area, so this really helps. Very happy with it so far, no issues!

I LOVE my HP Pavilion! I use it all the time for emails, shopping, streaming videos, playing games. It's very lightweight and I love the fact that you can use it in tablet mode as well. So pleased with it that I bought one for my daughter for school.

All in all not a bad purchase, the only thing that knocked a star off was that the pen stylus that works with this 2in 1 is not available to purchase by HO period. I can’t use the computer as intended when purchased, but if you don’t need or care about using a stylus/pen it will work fine.

I love the laptop I ordered online and when It arrived it was smaller than I thought. If I’d purchased in store I would’ve got the screen a bit larger. That said the size didn’t deter me from keeping it. My first HP and I actually prefer it over my previous MacBook.

This has been a great laptop for my daughter to do her school work on and has been a great all around 2n1 for the family. Works great for watching movies, doing writing assignments, or just searching the web. For the price is has been a very good 2n1.

I like the finger print feature, as I use this laptop for work. Able to set up separate accounts for each household members. Camera is clear. Works well as a tablet option. Only wish the camera has cover when not in used.

Good product for the price point if you are looking for something good without breaking the bank. This laptop does the job it is intended to do especially if you don’t need a major graphics driver. The only con, are the preloaded products you don’t need and seem to keep popping up.

I bought this laptop for my son. He like it very much, mainly uses it for online courses, but good for everything, even some popular games. Good size of the screen and the keyboard feels well designed and built. No overheat has been noticed yet. So far so good!

This was a great choice for my business. Store associate was correct in recommending this over the one I had my heart set on. He listened to what I was going to use it for and made a suggestion and explained why. Plus he saved me a couple hundred dollars. Thanks

This was the first computer I have ever purchased. I am a 62 year old man who has never had a smartphone or computer.Your staff was knowledgeable and helpful and spent a lot of time with me explaining the technology to me.The sales clerk was a saint.

I enjoy this laptop, the reason I give it a four is that the first one I bought resulted in bad speakers and serious overheating. This one (the exchanged one) resulted in a squeaky backspace key after using it for one week. I do not have serious issues with this one now.

Bought this for my college daughter, it's a really solid machine, great screen and has all the things she needs to succeed in college but having trouble with some small issues. For one, the speakers crackle when listening to music or lectures or zoom calls. All in all a good unit.
