An excellent Laptop for anyone having their first one, it packs a lot of what we like and the tablet feature works really well. Even if it lacks a bit on overall disk space, you can make up for it with a USB in hand, the SSD can make up the difference.

I purchased this laptop for my husband's birthday. It hasn't disappointed. I never had the best luck with HP Pavillion's in the past, but the sales rep highly recommended this one for its sound quality, for which I was mostly interested. It sounds great!

I like the computer it's light weight and versatile, however I wish they would have used a different color for the back lighting the white depending on the lighting around you sometimes creates a glare with the silver keys and I probably should have opted for one with a keypad.

My husband loves his new HP laptop! He says he loves all the capabilities it has. It’s definitely functional and the sound is awesome. Just an all around fun, efficient and cool device. Best Buy had the Best Buy at the best price. You did it once again HP!

I bought this for day to day normal use. So far it worked great. Color looks great. Nice feel while typing. Good enough power to work daily, watch videos or internet browsing. Love the finger print authentication option. I would definitely buy it again

This laptop is perfect for my needs. Since I had an old laptop, I needed to get a quick session with the geek squad to learn some of the new features. Since then, I have found this laptop easy to use and is perfect for me. Also, the price was great!

When my wife's laptop died, our first stop was Best Buy. The salesman listened to what my wife was looking for and showed us the models that fit the parameters. We left with a brand new laptop that met our needs and it was on sale to boot.

Fast shipping! Beautiful laptop! The shipping was fast but they gave the laptop to our neighbor. It is such an expensive laptop, they should've been more careful. I'm very disappointed! Even though the address was clearly written but still they gave it to a wrong address.

I purchased this PC to replace my MacBook Air (2017) because the keyboard fix for the Mac was $500 now this pc alone has better specs than my Mac. The only issue is getting familiar with a windows machine again after 3years but perfect pc to do my school work on

I bought this brand new and didn’t use much. Within first 6 months, I am having battery issues, it dies on its own without any use. Also laptop shuts itself down randomly. Disappointed with hp product

This laptop works great so far. Runs everything i use it for. The capability to change this into a tablet is also great. I have some concern about longevity in tablet mode due to heat so time will tell there. But so far very happy with purchase.

I needed to prepare my kid for distance learning and was recommended this HP laptop. The young tech was knowledgeable and knew which this computer met all requirements needed for the local school district. The computer arrived on time and was compatible.

Works good , I’ve had it for almost a year now no issues. Connects to all my Bluetooth devices easily, nice display until it fell off my bed onto my tile floor and the screen cracked. But that’s my fault. I would buy again .

I bought this laptop on a Black Friday sale for my wife, and it is a really good value for $600. The design is super sleek yet really sturdy; its got a great build. The screen looks beautiful. The keys feel nice to type on. Solid laptop all around.

I don’t know is I will buy a laptop again - they are all touch now - I had it not quite a month and it slipped off my lap and dented the back, shattered the screen and now the touch doesn’t work either! So ridiculous that they are so sensitive!

Using this laptop for almost a year. It's a great device. However, I don't use it's convertible feature anymore because doing that frequently was making the hinges loose. Apart from this everything is good with it.

I bought this for my brother-in-law for Christmas. He loves it. Very well made (he had previously owned a plastic-shelled Lenovo, so this slick aluminum form factor was awesome). Light, flexible (love the convertible touch screen) and classy.

I needed a new laptop because my old one was not charging anymore. I loved this computer! The finger print reader is so nice, its so light weight and I really don't mind the fans. I've only had it for a week but I am so amazed by it. Definitely recommend!
