I got this laptop for when I travel, but need to do school. I have a tower computer, and with windows login, everything synced beautifully! As someone who has only own brick heavy laptops, this one is light as a feather and has a sleek design too! 10/10

I moved from an Apple Macbook Air and I absolutely love this laptop!! It is quick, easy to navigate, lightweight, and the touchscreen is very responsive. I love the touchscreen drawing ability in Word and other formats. I highly recommend!!

Love this laptop! It’s light and fast to come up. I’ve had it just short of a year and haven’t had any issues. I put the free windows upgrade on it right away and no problems.

Easy to set up. As others said the fan does get louder at times but very bearable. I had issues with the screen going dark as well as lines rolling on the right side. Had to reboot 3 times to get a full screen back.

3rd HP purchased in 3 months. One each for the wife and I and one for the new college student. Each one is personalized to the user including one being a 2 in 1. These replaced 6-8 year old units so we saw no reason for change. Happy and a great experience.

The specs/description said ethernet/wifi but this does not have a ethernet port. Needed that for the student to ensure a uninterrupted connection. Will update later to see how durable it lasts in the 2in1 foldover mode. Everything else is very nice. Fast, easy set up,etc.

Carl is an exceptional employee who took the time to find me the perfect computer for my needs. Carl also took the time to install the hardware since the geek squad was backed up. I was very impressed with his dedication and knowledge!!!!

Love the Laptop, it is quick to load. Easy to work on. So far I have just searched and pay my bills. I am very happy with it. It was worth the difference from my husband's chromebook. I would definitely recommended it, buy it again!

I am very happy with this laptop. It had all the features I was looking for and more. I also liked that even though Alexa came included it let me uninstall it easily. I took one star off because the screen is very hard to see in bright natural light. I cannot use it outdoors.

Lots of features. Very nice laptop for the money! Light weight so easy to take with on trips. I wish it came with more memory but it does have 2 slots for RAM so it appears to be expandable, but I am not sure on this yeat. Overall, a nice laptop for the money.

The laptop handles well, but i never had so many glitches. It was not set up well although the Geek team made notes. The virus and anti malware was installed in the old computer that I brought in to transfer data from. Not much saw set up correctly and I had to come in several times. The camera on this laptop is terrible. The photos are grainy and not focused at all. Very bad quality. I had an HP laptop before this one and never ever experienced such things. It makes it even more upsetting because right now I am relying on this laptop for work and to have these things interrupt is not good.

My first laptop so I am still getting used to it. Not sure if I do something or it just blacks out every once in a while. Have to keep track of how often it happens in case it's an issue with the laptop itself. Overall, however, I think I am going to like it.

Great laptop . Quick startup and nice keyboard to work on. Display is sharp and decent sound. I use it for school mostly use MS office / Google and some steaming services . Overall very satisfied with the performance of the laptop.

Sleek, smooth and fast; this HP Pavillion laptop is perfect for college students. With many convienient features built in. My daughter loves this laptop!

Very happy with the build quality. I'm a Lenovo fan but I had to admit that this keyboard was definitely a better experience. Time will tell how long it will last but I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a 2-in-1 with a touch screen.

Got this product for my wife since her old one is pretty much not working like it should. She loves the design and was happy with it and I was happy because Best Buy as always gave me a great deal on it.

Great laptop for college students to make sure that they have everything they need to get their work done and more. Solid battery life with flexibility to do many things at once. Easy to use and works great with a pen to take notes.

The laptop was purchased as a gift for someone else. So far the laptop is running smoothly and beautifully. The person is currently using it as a gaming laptop which usually tends to lag computers down but not this one! Highly recommend this!

I love my new computer it is sleek and it fits perfectly on my computer desk. It is light in weight I can carry up and downstairs if I need to. I purchased the new computer to continue on with my family research and also to buy new furniture inquiry on Google.

Omg I love this laptop. It’s the perfect size. Not too big not too small. The keyboard lights up for those nights I’m working but don’t want any lights in the house on because the kids are sleeping. It’s super user friendly.
