Laptop is fine. Keyboard is a bit small so needs some getting used to. One improvement would be if the keyboard could be adjusted to be slanted. Speakers are on the bottom, which may impact the sound for some, but sound is good as far as I am concerned.

Great value laptop. Fast SSD, capable Intel processor and ample RAM to do many average computing tasks. Trackpad is okay, not stellar. Screen is bright, clear and no light bleed, and it’s touch! For the money it’s worth considering.

Needed a good laptop for my son as he’s doing E-Learning for the first quarter of this school year and so far so good. We never had issues with HP in the past and this laptop is light enough and easy to pack with enough memory to do school work . Happy with it !

This laptop is very fast and it has a nice picture quality. I enjoy many of it's features. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it heats up quickly when placed on bed/lap. I recommend using it in a flat surface or keep it elevated. Overall it is a great product.

I bought it as an errand for a friend of mine. It was a little more expensive than what he had budgeted for, but since all other models were not in stock, he decided for this one. He said he liked it a lot! Fully featured and elegant looking.

Great computer for personal use. It has everything to offer for at home personal use, would not recommend using it for business use although it could probably get by. The i5 processor is more than enough for me, I was really stuck between the i5 and i7.

Bought it for my wife for her work and she loves it. It was a huge difference from the 11" laptop she had. The key actuation of the keyboard is pretty snappy to me which is good. Awesome screen for a 14" laptop with a powerful processor.

I put a lot of research into what computer would be best for me. I wanted something with a good sized screen, but also not too heavy and with enough power to run several programs at once. This HP has performed great! I’m very happy with it.

Bought it for a personal use, it is easy to configure, works well for everyday use. No negatives that I can find as of yet (have had it for 3 weeks). I especially like the backlit keyboard and the gold color.

I bought this computer a few days ago and set it up today. Decent size but it gets really warm under the laptop. The fan isn’t strong enough to cool the laptop down. I will keep it for a few more days. If it still gets hit, I plan to return.

Great picture screen response to the touch , love the finger print scanning security feature ,, keyboard lights up for the ones like me who work at night in the dark ... pretty fast as well no complaints.. for the money it’s well rounded

I use this computer mainly with the web and Microsoft Office Apps. It works perfectly for what I use it for. No issues. I love that I can use it as a tablet as well. I love the look and feel of the computer. All in all a great purchase.

I bought this for school because I was empty handed and needed one. As soon as I brought this, I've never been happier. It works great and is perfect for keeping up with my needs for college. In a few words, it's worth the money

I so far am very happy with my purchase of the HP Pavillion. I needed a new laptop since working remote but also needed something smaller than my previous laptop for travel reasons. This laptop was a great pick for me!

It is a well built computer. Monitor of the first one I bought didn't work and I had to replace the next day. Second one is working OK so far. An external button to turn on without opening the monitor could be helpful when it is connected to an external display.

I bought this for myself since I’m not a big computer user. I wanted something lutte and compact and this was exactly what I was hoping for. Had a few sounds issues but my husband was able to fix the setting.

Difficult to see the keys under various lighting conditions. The letters and numbers should have a black border around each one for better visuals when glare exists. The cursor also seems over sensitive. For the value though, I would still purchase the item.

Being a college student is hardwork and my lil sis previous laptop went out... She loves it especially since its her 1st 2-in 1 laptop.. Def recommend webroot and total tech package

I am not very computer literate but with the help of the Geek Squad I was able to get started. This Pavilion x360 is quite user friendly and forgiving. I just plunged in and tried everything with satisfactory results.
