I’m a Mac person... I’ve been using Mac counters fir the last 15 years... I had to get a Microsoft operated laptop for work purpose and I was really impressed with its performance! It’s really fast and sleek! Love it

The sound is great for this laptop as well as the quality and don't get me started on the battery life which is really great. This laptop is great for college students like myself, I strongly recommend this laptop for college students!!

This the second one I bought my wife has one and uses it for work and loves it. So I bought a second one for my mom to use for here crafts and genealogy she likes to do. It’s fast and the light up keyboard is a nice feature.

I helped my niece to purchase this Laptop for College. She absolutely love it! It is easy for her to navigate, she loves that it isn’t heavy, and also loves the color! I just wish it had more storage. But none the less it is a great first laptop for her!

Love my new laptop. Smaller and more compact than my previous laptop. Love the fingerprint sign in function. Perfect for my needs for crafting with my Cricut cutting machines.

Bought this for my son's college life. No complaints from him and it's easy to use and store. He's getting a lot of use for it. The only thing I didn't like however was the screen size, but it works for my 18 year old.

Light weight, fast, touch screen and very efficient laptop. It is easy to carry to your work place and get indulged throughout the day in this laptop. It is cost effective and for students it is very helpful for taking notes.

I didn't expect this laptop to be so nice. It's nicely weighted because of the metal outside and the screen is fabulous compared to the laptop I had previously! I would definitely recommend this style to someone.

I was nervous since some of the reviews said the fan was noisy...i hardly hear a thing when it comes on. Its so sleek and easy to use. LOVE the screen. LOVE the battery life. I use it 7 hours a day and its been amazing.

I was in need of a tablet replacement and came across this item at Best Buy. I did like the laptop but returned it because I found a better deal elsewhere. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

Had to replace Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and decided to get this HP laptop. Like the numerous options for plug ins that the Surface lacked. Only thing I wish it had reverse camera (2 in 1 not the same). So far satisfied with purchase.

So far this computer is what I was looking for. User friendly and gets the job done. Only complaint is had issues with it turning on. Was going to return but it started working fine the next day and haven’t had issues since, but still keeping an eye on it.

The last laptop I had was a very hand me down 2012 hp. Big black clunky. My fiancé convinced me to drop some cash and get this. I am not disappointed! Very fast and smooth. Sleek small. Light weight. Tablet mode is super cool.

I had gone through a lesser priced chromebook and HP laptop that did not meet the requirements to run Zoom smoothly. This was recommended by the customer service rep and it has been working well. No problems and easy to navigate.

Everytime I do a update it goes into a loop and the blue screen of death comes up and I have to mess with it for a few minutes to get the computer to work again, other than that I love the computer so I may have to exchange for a new one.

It’s a real good computer really recommend it . I was really shock of what the computer can do and how much secure the computer is with your privacy. I only use it for school work because I’m a college student .

Bought this computer to replace my old Dell. I’m normally an Apple person, but needing a pc for the office. I’ve been impressed with ease of use. I’m a first time Windows 10 user. This computer perfectly suits my needs.

My wife bought a laptop and the laptop itself seems to work fine, but neither of us has a clue how to get the data off her old (broken) laptop on to the new one. I think Best Buy should offer a free coupon for the Geek Squad to transfer data or answer any questions you may have when you buy a new phone or computer. Some people won't need it, but my wife's new laptop is not of much use without the old data. In fact, I think Best Buy should offer a free or inexpensive one-session course on the basics of using a new phone of laptop.

I originally had to return the first one I bought because there was a hardware issue. So far it’s been working like a charm. It’s quick, light, with a nice esthetic. I don’t find it to be noisy and the battery lasts 8-10 hours.
