We bought this laptop for our daughter who is a high school student. It was working great for about 2 months and now she just told me the mic stopped working. People in zoom meeting see her mic on but can't hear her. After speaking to Geek squad we have discovered that there is a hardware problem with the mic and it needs to be repairs. Manufacturing problem.. Luckily it is under full warranty so we will see how that goes. Pretty inconvenient if u ask me.

Not gonna lie i underestimated this computer a bit but its great in all spectrum's when it comes to multi-tasking,browsing the internet and security.only cons are that the front facing cam is nothing special in terms of picture.

I bought this laptop for college, and it works perfectly I have not had any problems. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who needs a laptop for school or college, and does not want to drop a thousand dollars, on a new laptop.

HP x360 does everything I need it to do for both my handyman and consulting businesses. User friendly with one touch login and fast for the basic business apps. Utilizing O365 gives me everything I need to run my business.

It's really pretty and light and I love the backlit keyboard its one reason I purchased it. Haven't installed the software I need for work yet so I'll update the review when that goes on.

This 14" lap top has performed well. I had too return the first one because the keyboard was malfunctioning but the return was quick simple and easy and I left with a new one within an hour of arriving. Hopefully it will continue to perform well.

I really like this laptop, it was fast enough for my use and I like the design and look of it and the price was good as it was also on sale at the time I originally purchased it so it was a good buy.

I like the size of this laptop. The screen gives a well defined picture that is not too small or too large. I am getting used to the keyboard as it seems the keys are not as close together as a separate keyboard to a computer.

Nice and lightweight, perfect size for schoolwork to travel with. I bought it for college and it was perfectly fine for what I needed, until it started glitching. Normally when tech reaches max RAM it just slows down and buffers, but while I was in a Zoom call, more than once the screen started glitching. Think of it as how old school 3D movies used to be, with a red split and a blue split slightly to the left and right. That's pretty much what the text was doing on screen but without the red and blue, on and off like little shudders. (This happened within the task manager as well, so it wasn't just the Zoom application.) As well, sometimes the screen would shut off and go unresponsive to touch or keyboard for a few seconds while the audio for my call would continue to play. I assume it was because of RAM because it would primarily happen during Zoom calls, and would stop once I closed out of all windows I had open. Maybe it was just issues with my particular computer, I'm not sure. Thankfully this showed itself before my 2 week return window expired, and I went ahead and exchanged it for another computer.

This is a great 2-in-1 laptop that is very easy to use and has wonderful quality. As a lower price point laptop in comparison to many other 2-in-1 options, it truly doesn’t seem much cheaper compared to others. Would recommend.

I love this computer is great if you're looking for something for school or office work. Its batter last forever and the 360 bend makes watching videos or going through PowerPoint easier and takes up less space.

My wife's Christmas present that she now brags on and talks about my outdated laptops was a value and very convenient to be found in Best Buy with a warranty option and protection plan. Appreciated

Great computer but the screen broke when I accidentally dropped it. The repair would have cost as much as the computer so I ordered another and plan on repairing the first one when parts become available at a reasonable cost.

I love this laptop. I haven't had one in about 7 years when it died in college. Technology sure has passed me up. I am still learning how to use this thing, It has served my needs so far and I am pleased with my purchase.

Purchased this laptop when mine finally died. I always look to Best Buy when looking for electronics. So far this loads fast, holds a charge well. No complaints yet, just too premature to give it 5 stars. Otherwise great little laptop for the price

This laptop has it all. It is perfect for school or work. We got it for our daughter starting remote school but she has enjoyed the 2 in 1 feature to watch Netflix. I am considering getting the same one my small business.

This was a gift for my husband. He really likes using it for his Zoom meetings, as he usually needs to reference other programs and his old computer would slow down as he went back and forth. He really likes it

I bought this laptop as a gift for my brother so have not used it myself. My sister bought a similar chromebooks laptop and loves it as a non-techie senior. So, I bought a smaller chromebooks laptop for my senior non-techie brother.

Not very pleased with my HP Pavillion. Battery gets very hot after a5 minutes of operation. Will be bringing it in to the Geek Squad. After paying close to $800 I am disappointed.

We got this laptop for our 5th grade son, It works great for his school assignments and he also uses it for personal projects, like videos, music, drawing, etc. good speed, good graphics, easy to handle and friendly to use.
