Absolutely love this! This is by far my most favorite laptop. I go through about 1 laptop a year. I have had this one about a year and I have no doubt it won’t last me another year or two.

Best laptop I've ever owned. I just started my first semester of college and this laptop went above and beyond my expectations. Technology has come a long way in such a short time. Worth buying 100% would recommend.

seldom thrashes. It recovered very well in an unexpected crash caused by a "hack attack" on the internet service provider site attempted hacking caused the crash but there was no entry onto the computer. Very good device.

It runs good and does everything I need it to. My only issue is that no matter what I do I can't figure out how to make it print to my printer via wifi. I have to email the document to myself and then open it from my phone and print from there.

My husband recently retired, so for Christmas, I set him up with a home office. The service and delivery were great and The Geek Squad answered all my questions about the requisite software. Great experience.

The battery doesn’t even last 12hrs unfortunately because other than that I like it. Also when you flip the screen to an iPad it’s hard to hear cause the speaker is on the other side.

I absolutely love my HP laptop. It's so efficient and has many uses. It's small enough to tuck into my laptop bag and large enough to complete the work.

This is a nice laptop. Works well for our purposes. Processor loads quickly. We do not game so it is a great purchase for the cost. The only thing I do not like is that due to its size there isn't a 10-key number pad.

This laptop is perfect for my needs, it does exactly what I need it to do. The only thing I might have done differently would've been to go with a larger screen but the 14" seems to be fine for the time being.

Has everything I need. I love how it flips into tablet mode and all the software I get. Best lap top ever, I like it way better than what I’m used to even though Apple is great I am very satisfied with switching to HP

My laptop was a Christmas gift from my husband. I am truly loving it . I am still learning about everything it is capable of doing. I can say it is very user friendly for someone who isn't a computer wiz.

Got this for $500 on black friday and I must say this is the best value for money 2-in-1 laptop at this price. Excellent build quality and the touch is great. Had fingerprint sensor too. So far no complaints.

No problems so far. Easy to set up. Quick to boot up. Replaced a 6 year old Dell that had grown very slow at booting up. Even though this HP computer has the same resolution as the Dell, the Dell 17" had better color than this 15" HP.

It blacked out within the first week I bought it. Not sure if it was an internal laptop issue or if it was due to my school site that I was accessing... it has been fine since, very easy to use and 360 turn around is perfect.

The only thing that I don’t like, but it is probably something I am doing wrong, the Alexa and what it’s doing, turns off when the computer falls asleep. I love it so I gave it 5 stars since it is problem my error.

Great sales help, providing all options and the salesperson was willing to listen to me. Subsequent to the purchase, I had the Geek squad transfer all of my files and programs. Done in 24 hours and very complete.

I bought this for college and I'm very pleased with it. Very sleek design, fingerprint sensor, touch screen, and I can use it as a tablet because it flips! Recommend for anyone to use for work, home, and school.
