Was looking for a work from home laptop that wasn’t too expensive. I am please with HP! It does everything I wanted and needed. The only thing I dislike it is heavy. Would definitely recommend this product!

Perfect laptop if you're seeking one's that's just straightforward and simple to use. Nothing too fancy here. Great gift for my father-in-law for daily browsing and saving photos of his grandchildren.

Nice laptop with plenty to offer. Our only issue are the using of a different keyboard than the wife is use to. And the OS she's not comfortable with. Got a great deal on it, price wise.

Great size, weight and speed. Only way to go is with at least 8GB Memory, and touch screen. I also do not think I would go lower than I5 Intel Core ever again, this one works well. It is my new TV!

My husband and I like our new HP laptop. It’s smaller than our last one but the screen quality is really good. It’s got a lot of features we’ve never had so we need to familiarize ourselves with those like Alexa.

I absolutely love this laptop! I wish it was maybe a bit louder, but i have hearing issues so i just use a bluetooth speaker. Other then that, no complaints... totally worth every penny.

Overall a very simple and clean laptop. However to my dismay by week three, it suddenly did not turn on!! Like any other good resourceful person (now a day) I googled it! The kink has been fixed. Hopefully this no longer occurs.

I went with this model because the sales person suggested it. The memory and SSD were great for what I need. However, I have had a few issues with it freezing up or getting hot.

Love this laptop. Geek Squad did an incredible job in transferring all my information over. I had very little to do to get things going. The picture and sound on Zoom calls is incredible.
