I put off buying a laptop for quite a while. I chose this laptop because it was small and not to expensive. I'm not an authority on computers but I can say that this laptop is everything I was hoping for.

I bought it for my DJ programs and other miscellaneous thing dealing with my business. So far so good, I think it would have to be at least 6 months before I can leave an accurate review. No complaints this far

Excellent and good. And yes i feel comfortable in using this product. And i definitely recommend other people using it and then praise it after using it. Best buy is definitely the best service ever used in this country.

Purchased this item a while ago and so far it works pretty good. So far it’s dealing great with all of my current school work and running programs that I’m using. Overall I personally would recommend.

So I happened to buy this laptop during a sale which gave me $240 off and its just what my daughter needed for remote learning. It turns into a tablet and the weight is manageable for a 5 year old.

So far, this Chromebook has been everything I needed and more! I love that it's 360, bigger but lightweight, and the finger print login.

The laptop is very nice, light, and worked well - for two weeks. The lid was closed with power on and A/C plugged in. This had worked many times before, putting the computer to sleep. When the lid was opened, the computer would wake up, as expected. Then things went awry. The computer would not wake up. The charging light was white, indicating full charge. The many tricks found on the web were to no avail. It was returned to the store and arrangements made to get a free replacement. It arrived two weeks later. Yesterday, with the new machine in use only a few days, the same failure occurred. Closed the lid to put it to sleep while stepping away and could not be woken up. It's on its way to HP for review and repair after spending about 30 minutes on chat support (very nice person and highly qualified). Unless there is something very unusual about this particular model and default settings in its BIOS and/or Windows, the close lid-sleep/open lid-wake failure on two new computers should be a cause for concern.

I purchased this laptop after looking for a long time. I love the smaller size. It is easy to carry. Also can be used as a tablet. It switches very easily. I would highly recommend this laptop

The processor is so fast my daughter said she forget to pray before her test. She also loves feature where she could connect her android phone to it, and she can text right from the computer.

Got this for my daughter last year for college. She ended up staying home and doing online classes like all other first year college students. Worked good for her zoom meetings and class work.

Computer is fast and has lots of features. Having issues with Google Classroom. Have had to use my older computer to run it. IT can not figure out why it will not run.

I got this laptop for school and it’s been working great so far! The PC itself came with virus protection and then 6 months free from Best Buy. If you wanted a PC for school I would recommend this!

This is a great computer to use for working from home. The resolution is very good quality and it was easy to setup.

I have had this computer for a few years and it works just fine. I purchased for school and I have not had any problems. It fits well with my needs of school.

I bought this laptop for my children because if she need to remote learning at home during this special period and it is suitable for all her need for the Google classroom and zoom meeting

So my sister laptop just stop functioning just like that.With all that's going on with visual classwork this was not a debate. To top it off was a good sale again thanks for coming through Best Buy

I needed a reliable laptop to teach classes on line in this COVID - 19 school year. This will work well and it's size will be convenient to carry between home and school. I found it easy to use.

It has everything I was looking for in a laptop, lighted keyboard with toggle, folds back like a tablet, storage space, etc. Oh there's 1 thing it didn't have, optional colors!!!

I love my new laptop. It was a certified geek squad refurbished laptop. It was very clean. Couldn't even tell that it had been an open box model. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Perfect for personal home use. I love the finger print to unlock the computer. It stays charged for at least 2 days even with all day use. Lightweight, good screen size and resolution.
