The laptop is simple to use and simple load software items onto to it with no issues at all performing this task. Keyboard is easy to strike keys and buttons are a perfect size for fingers.

This is a suitable laptop for everyday use such as distance learning & business applications. It only has an i5, 8GB of RAM and only 256GB of SDD. Not well suited for gaming or Engineering.

This computer is fast, is an attractive gold color, and has a nice keyboard touch. Got it at a great sale price. Curbside pickup went smoothly. Staff working curbside are friendly and helpful.

Purchase this laptop for my grandson for his in home schooling. Overall a nice computer; however the clarity for the visual classroom instruction is not as clear as other laptops I have used on the pass.

The screen just went black and would not respond called for help then plugged it in and After awhile wow it worked again I really like this computer works well and fast if you remember to keep it charged lol

The overall size of the computer, monitor screen, and keyboard is great! And the storage size for information is great. Features such as One Drive works great with my other HP computer.

I really enjoy this computer. It works great for doing school work and always have several tabs open and it doesn't slow it down. All the videos for my online classes load up really well.

We purchased this laptop for my daughter's birthday. She absolutely loved it. She is quickly learning and maneuvering back and forth. This will also help her with her school/college work.

The HP help makes life easy. Most questions or problems can easily be solved from here. I also love that the keys light up. The tablet option is also great. Overall, a fantastic product!!

Not really happy to have paid $100 for data transfer like an old customer. Also asking me to pay $175 for 2 years protection plan when my old plan was just 2 months old. Very uncalled for

I've had for about a year and it's exceeded any expectations I had for a laptop. It does everything I need, and the touchscreen is incredible.

I got this laptop for my sister since she is doing virtual learning right now. Startup is fast and all applications run smooth. Size and weight are perfect too. Definitely recommend.

Best laptop I've ever owned. The screen is beautiful, i5 processor makes it fast. Not really used it as a tablet yet but love that option with the folder over touch screen.
