This laptop is perfect. It wasnt too expensive and has all the features my family needs. The touch screen allows for quick and user friendly use. I am able to connect to my cruicut machine and 3d printer for several projects that our chromebooks and tablets could not acheive. Fantastic product!

Got this 3 months ago to replace a beloved 5+ yrs old Chromebook. So far this laptop has been amazing. I'm an Art Teacher so I use this laptop constantly for work, using various painting/drawing/design programs and it has worked out great! Very lightweight. Charges fast and has decent battery life. Love the backlit keyboard and the thumbprint ID to sign in. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Easy to use, very fast and great performance. Had an older HP with internal hard drive and this x360 blows it away in all areas.

It's a pretty good computer, and it does compete very well with other computers and the functionality is superior in terms of ports available and the touch screen features. Besides the lower res display, it is a great computer to get for the average consumer. The fans don't kick on under medium load (4-5 tabs with documents and file transferring) but it's not too loud if you're around other people who are talking in an indoor office, but they can be noisy during update or restarting which shouldn't be too often

I was replacing a 10" tablet and a 15.6" laptop. The 2 in 1 was the perfect solution for me. Meets all of my needs, very fast, and I love the touch screen. Very satisfied. Replaced two devices with one!

HP laptops are ok. In general for some reason I've had bad experiences with HP computers than other brands, such as Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Apple. I often have a part die, such as motherboard, which is painful. The latest victim was the wifi card in an HP AIO, and I had to painfully open it and swap out with another from an older laptop. The co-worker was happy since she didn't' have to ship it back and wait.

I bought this computer for my elderly mother who has some dementia. She used to write on a computer, but has really struggled with her old HP Pavilion. This one is quick and easy and she loves it! She still needs some help, but she is looking at old photos and documents and it makes her happy!
