Love the laptop & the touchscreen feature. Speed is great & no issues

this laptop is perfect for me and i thank best buy for helping me pick it out and to geek squad, anthony, for setting it up for me in my home and explaining all this laptop has to offer. it has ease of use, it is lightweight and very portable. it is everything i was looking for. it was an easy adjustment from my old computer to this one. i am enjoying it.

I love this product! It will come in very handy with my daughter's academics as she will be taking it to college with her. It has all the features she needs for a business major and the extra storage and smart technology are a bonus in my opinion. Just wish it came with a stylus and we didn't have to purchase it separately.

The HP Pavilion x360, is a Great laptop, its exactly what I needed for school. the laptop is easy to use, and it has tutorials to what ever you need. the laptop is compact and light and packed with a lot of power. I recommend purchasing this laptop to anyone especially if your thinking about going back to school.

I like it’s performance. It’s 2-in-1 feature is convenient for college students like me who likes taking notes but don’t want to write on paper. The only thing I don’t like about it is it’s battery life which runs for about 5-51/2 hours after full charge. So I have to charge as often as I could when I’m not using it.

I was looking for a good computer for school work and I must say it gets the job done. Overall, the computer has good features to make it easier for beginners to understand and I found it can run some games pretty well. My only complaint is that sometimes if I overwork it, it gets somewhat hot and the fan gets loud but I can look past that since it only happened sometimes.

Purchased this computer for a friend. She just loves it, easy to install, fast, enough memory for what she needs, great graphics, and absolutely loves the touch screen. We own several HP computers/printers and we can't go wrong with any HP products

I bought this a few weeks ago and I really love it. It starts up in seconds and is very fast. I mostly use it for watching videos, but have had no problems with lag or anything. I sometimes have multiple livestreams open at once and it does great. The color is beautiful too.

We have owned this product for a few weeks now and are 100% satisfied. Very easy to operate and the touch screen is fantastic. After reviewing several different types of laptops and talking to store representative, we made the best choice to fit our needs.

It ran smooth and is a good size laptop to travel with.

Enjoying the laptop a lot. I love the screen & also the fact of how responsive it is. The size isn’t too big or too small it’s just right. Tablet mode is also great. Only problem is that the vent is underneath the laptop but can easily be fixed by putting something underneath so the laptop is at an angle so it can breathe.

A nice 14"-touchscreen laptop to perform daily tasks. The processor is fast and reliable. Memory is decent to store ample amount of data. Camera quality is also good. Overall a good product in its existing price range. I will recommend it to others.

Super great computer, I needed it for online courses that were not compatible with Mac. Love the jewel laptop tablet and touchscreen functions. I look forward to learning all that I can with it. And it was at a great value also just what I needed.

I purchased this machine to help me work while my other machine was being worked on. It is smaller, but works beautifully. It will be great to use when traveling because of its size. The GEEK squad and associate were all tremendously helpful.

i love this laptop. its worth $900. I am working at home and i just love the way i can flip it around like a tablet.

I love this laptop! It’s lightweight, responsive, and cool looking. My only issue is trying to figure out Windows 10 after using Windows 7 forever. Lots and lots of changes which is frustrating but other than that I really like it.

Nick in the computer department was completely outstanding! His knowledge and ability to convey technical issues to me the consumer was simple and to the point. I was sincerely glad to have an associate like that . I was confident in my laptop that i purchased, it was a replacement of. N existing older model. The hp product combined with nick was perfect . 10’s across the board. And the best part was my wife loves her new lap top! In addition, Bailey in the geek squad department definitely was great in the area of the whole laptop issue providing the information in regard to the replacement of the damaged lap top that I replaced. His information and ability to make sure that the whole process was seamless. I Really appreciate the professionalism of the whole process
