Great laptop!

My son got the HP Pavillion 360 a few years ago and I've loved using his for years. I finally got my own and it's a pleasure to use. I'm sure there are probably features I don't even know about yet to take advantage of, but for work, and my general purposes, it's great. My only complaint is that the way the back connects to the bottom piece, it creates a little bit of discomfort on my legs if I'm wearing shorts or a skirt because of the way the "seam" meets.

We did have sound issues with the first one we bought but BestBuy exchanged it for us and this new one is working fine now. Highly recommended.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was a return and for good reason after loading it all up it got really hot I mean hot burning so when my grandson came by to take it to school he said where is it at I said on the desk is it set up yes he tried to turn it on it would not turn on after a few I kept trying to turn it on after he left finally I got it to come on and then it started glitching I called H P to see what they wanted me to do they asked where I purchased it and I told them but they wanted to try a few things before so I took it back and to be told that the operating system was not even on the computer no more Definitely would not recommend buying secondhand merchandise so it’s in their hands and so is all my information that was stored on the computer that I cannot start up so I just hope it gets erased before they sell it to someone else well thanks for checking out my review do not buy used products
