The computer functions well - processes quickly. It has Windows 11 installed which I'm having the usual learning issues with. There is no cd/dvd drive, no sd card reader, and only two usb ports so external media is severely restricted unless you add the needed hardware along with a usb hub. These are issues that can be resolved however. In all, I am enjoying the size and speed of this little laptop.

My wife bought this laptop as her other one was starting to die. This is an excellent replacement for her. Touch screen capabilities. We had to buy a pen so she could do her drawing with this laptop. Its fast, and it works. Not too fond of Windows 11 though. Would have preferred Windows 10 as Windows 11 is still relatively new and all the bugs haven't been worked out yet. Even though this is an HP product, this ones seems like a better unit compared to other HP products.

I got this laptop for school and work and it is fast, does everything I need and already has windows 11. Just had to update a few things when I got on and sign into Microsoft account. No problems so far and fast shipping. Great laptop to buy I would recommend to anyone looking for a windows laptop. The color is nice too!

We recently purchased a small HP notebook computer. We really like the product. The screen is a small 14" size, and the product is light weight. The primary user travels with this and values its small compact size. Back light on keyboard good for use on the road in poor light conditions such as plane or bus.

This laptop works so well - charges quickly and light enough to carry.

I still remember this was on display on discounted price and the staff at this location help me find one last unopened box in store.I am Glad and really happy to purchase it at this Store .

I love this laptop due to the efficiency, speed, there is plenty of useful guides and information. My only disappointment is I thought I came with a subscription to Windows 365, but I learned I can only get a 30-day trial. I've noticed it doesn't come with the software I typically utilize and need but I should have don't more research.

Been great so far. No problems. Easy set up and easy to use. I’ve had it over a year. Would buy again.
