I contemplated buying a personal laptop to use as a mobile workstation for about a year and I finally decided on this. I don't know why it took me a year, don't ask me, I'm very picky. I build apps and websites so being able to write code and run some moderately tasking development and editing software while I'm away from my home setup is very important to me. I upgraded the RAM(the easiest I've done so far) to 16GB and this computer wows me every time. I was a little concerned about the processor being an i5 because I'm used to the i7 but but this is the newest generation of the i5 so it is better than the older i7's I was used to, that was a plus. It is quiet, the speakers aren't that loud but I'm not using it as an entertainment device so that means nothing to me and the display is so crisp too. I definitely recommend this for anybody in a similar situation. You probably won't have to upgrade the RAM since 8GB is decent for web browsing, typing and watching movies but I make game apps so I run some editing software. I needed that extra juice and even that was by far the easiest RAM swap I've ever done.

Perfect for everyday use and watching shows/movies. The speakers are good enough. The brightness and contrast is great for the screen. Enough CPU power for surfing the web and word processing. Easy to type on the keyboard as well.

As a student, this product is incredibly useful and has great perks for a great price.

Needed a new laptop and went for the HP with touchscreen and love it. Really like this newer module as it has a fingerprint reader which means I don't have to type in passwords. I have owned HP's before and they are my favorite. Also, love the new color-warm gold.

I do like this . It has nice touch screen features. Battery tends to go down quickly.

This laptop was a replacement of my wife's old Dell laptop (6 years old). She likes the color, the look, the size and the keyboard. It meets her needs for e-mail, surfing and Microsoft Office 365 programs.

I bought 2 of these laptops, 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. So far they doing everything that they were intended for. I use for creating/using spreadsheets and my wife uses hers for online purchasing. They are light and very user friendly. I use mine for checking the stock market and watching eBay.

I purchased this laptop because the model on the Best Buy website showed it with a SD card slot. Once I arrived at my local store to purchase what I saw on their website and got home with my purchase, I was looking for the SD slot to put in the micro card. Unbeknown to be, this model is not the same as noted on the website. The model noted on the website is an older model HP is no longer producing with a SD card slot. I am very disappointed. However, the laptop is great for using to draw (which is why I purchased a 3rd laptop). Also, I wanted to experience the new Windows 11 OS. I didn't want to upgrade my other computer and laptops to Windows 11. From previous experiences when Windows 7 came on the scene, Windows then created Windows 8. Upgrading from 7 to 8 was a nightmare. I would not recommend upgrading from Windows 10. If you can afford to purchase a laptop (or computer), buy for the Windows 11. DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR CURRENT OS TO WINDOWS 11. Windows 11 is okay. A lot to absorb and to take in. Keep your Windows 10.

Computer works great, as expected. After 2 years, the fan does kind of get loud when charging. The storage is more than enough for a political science major like myself, who also composes music.

Good use for work, homework, touch screen is a plus.

Bought this for my girlfriend. This one of only three choices in Gold, the others being an Apple (yuk) and a Microsoft. When looking at the specs thie won the value fpr the buck contest. Fast and light it is wonderful. Oh and went on sale the next week, BB refunded the difference- cool.

I have had this computer for 4 years now. I bought in my freshman year of high school hoping I could keep it to atleast my senior year and I am so happy. This product has lasted perfectly to this day. I am now entering my freshman year of high school and still have it. I am love it!!!

Quick and easy to set up! It is a pretty fast laptop, so no issues there! I just use it for everyday use, very minimal gaming. Touch screen is a nice addition, a bit award to use as a tablet tho, but that is not why I got it.

I love this computer that acts like a tablet. It is powerful with great speed while being versatile like a tablet. It is small enough to fit in my backpack with my work computer. I have already referred it to others who have been just as pleased with their purchase.

I purchased this March 21st. 2022. After the one year warranty expired. It ran slower and slower . I took it into Best Buy and they replaced the hard drive. It didn’t make a difference. It doesn’t do me any good keeping it. So I have to purchase another Lap Top! I do not recommend this Lap Top for anyone.

I love this computer. I really like the lit-up keys. My living room is a little dark and it makes it easier to work on my computer. It is fast, dependable, and easy to use. I have had HPs before and I find Windows 11 easy to understand.
