    Nice clear screen, loads quickly, biometric and touch screen work properly. Hinges seem well made and work smoothly. Laptop will hold itself open in various positions. Runs hot as has been my experience with HP's. Seems like it will be a good computer for it's intended purpose, which is to have something quick and light to reach for when the surfing or keyboard need is too much for a phone.

    I like my new computer, and the price was good. But it took twice as long to get here as was first stated, and tracking the package was awful. I then needed some help in finding out how to get my printer to work with my computer (my daughter-in-law did it in about 10 minutes) but found out that I would have to PAY for this little bit of information (Geek Squad). Kinda stinks.

    Purchased a 13 inch like this. My daughter needed a computer for school and used mine, while researching the one she wanted to serve all her purposes. After all her research she ended up getting this one. It wasn’t the one she planned on, however, this one had way more storage than the one she was looking at. So, we drove an hour away from where we lived but got an amazing deal on this amazing computer!!

    Going on 2yrs of having my HP laptop & haven't had any trouble with it! Love the size 15" & the colors are vibrant on the screen. Only wish the battery lasted longer as I use it while sitting on my sofa BUT the cord is long enough for me to connect it to a plug. Very good quality, glad I made this choice!

    When my current laptop "died", I knew exactly what I needed to do. I researched the available laptops for my needs online and narrowed down my choices to this economically priced HP Pavilion model. Next I ordered it online, went to the Best Buy location about an hour later, and bingo, had my new laptop delivered to my car. Now that's the way to shop for a new laptop. Best Buy has come through once again.
