Great laptop with 360° touch screen. I bought it around 8 months back for around 800, and it still works fantastic. My brother use it for daily college work, and have no complains. Love this!

I replaced a Microsoft Surface laptop with this HP when my Surface started giving me grief after having it for only 1-1/2 years. With no help from Microsoft support (they suck!) or the Geek squad (who is not allowed to touch a Microsoft product after the initial 1 year warranty, not even to send it out to Microsoft for repair), in frustration I started looking for an affordable replacement. I decided to go with HP because I have an HP desktop, which I love. Overall, this is a good machine and has everything I need. However, I am not happy with the battery life. This morning it went from 100% to 29% in just 3 hours of usage. I guess I was spoiled by the long battery life of my Surface. Other than the battery life, it is a good machine.

Haven't gotten to use it much, but after personal research I conducted it seems to be a good a computer for personal/school use. Only "issues" I have had are shorted battery life and fan can get loud at times.

This laptop is sufficient for my needs at the moment. I am use to using a computer with a true hard drive so I am curious to see how this will play out in the long run. I have only used this laptop for about a month so I can't give you anymore advice than what I have experienced, I don't believe in giving an excellent comment on anything that has not stood the test of time! The only reason I purchased this laptop is because the HP I purchased in 2011 began having weird issues and I did not have time to wait on it to be repaired, otherwise I would have. I will say I am disappointed in the way software is being leveraged. I was use to purchasing software and installing it via a CD using a product key. Time will tell if this laptop can outlive my former one!

It's a good 2 in 1, the screen has a good quality, the graphics are great, the design and size is good. I have worked with it for almost two months, I always leave it turns on (suspended) an when I try to start working again, the process to turn on the screen is slow and sometimes I think it could broke but when the screen works, I feel safe. The fan is pretty noisy and and it takes time to cool down the equipment. If you need this computer to work with design apps, well, this doesn't fit well because it too small on the screen (14'') and you could get blind, also when you are working with Illustrator o Photoshop, the screen shakes.
If you are a student, this is a good laptop also if you work with documents and simple stuff.

Bought this for my 12 year old. He loves it. He doesn’t want to mark up the screen so he only uses the keyboard. Only downside is battery life isn’t that good.

Super fast, Great at everything EXCEPT battery lasts 2hrs max when browsing and YouTube and such, 5hrs standby. Wobbly mouse pad as well. For those reasons I took it back. But otherwise I loved it.

This is a fine laptop, which we got as a 2nd one for me and my wife. It's sufficiently fast for our use, and the screen, though small for senior eyes, is very good. If I need to do a lot of stuff, I connect to a monitor. 8Gb memory for a #2 computer works fine. It was easy to set up. We've sometimes used it via HDMI through our media system when doing music performance via Zoom or Youtube, with good results, and for that use, we haven't seen a difference between this and our more powerful i7 chip...though we haven't A/B'd them. No need to do so.

Purchased one for a friend and liked it so much, I bought one for my wife. It is light weight, zippy, and has decent storage space for a laptop.
There is one bad thing. The keyboard letters are large and LED, so if you need keyboard stickers, you'll have a very difficult time (read: impossible) finding some that will put the alternate language small enough to not obscure the primary keyboard letters. I ended up buying a keyboard skin to put the stickers on for when typing in another language is necessary. It's kind of a pain in the rear.

The sale assistant was great. He gave me the best help I needed. I bought 3 laptops for my kids.
They love the laptops and are very satisfied with their performance
The prices were on the higher side, however, I think they are commensurate to the quality of the products

I did some research and compared a number of computers before deciding on the HP - Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop with Intel Core i5 and 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD + 32GB Optane in warm gold. The initial introduction was easy to follow and facilitated the transfer of files from my old laptop via a complimentary Dropbox account. From my early observations I've seen an increase in speed and a very notable improvement in the quality of the camera while zooming. Good purchase for the price though I do wish that I had opted for a backlit keyboard.

Excellent HP Pavilion x360, 2-in-1, 14 inch, Touch Screen, with i5 Intel, 8GB memory, 512GB. Major upgrade from my old, heavy 15 inch Dell, and pleasantly surprised with the wonderful Warm Gold color. Very subtle.
Nice that i can pick it up (in one arm), and go up and downstairs in my home, with ease. Forgot I have Touch Screen capability! Still exploring some of the new, and different features. Got at great sale price! Came with Webroot antivirus, and added the Microsoft 365 Office software.
