Got this for a little more than $600 open-box on black friday and I must say this is the best value for money 2-in-1 laptop at this price. Excellent build quality and comes with the latest gen i-5. The trackpad does seem to be a little loose and apparently it is a common issue with this model. If you don't use the trackpad as much just like me, this laptop will serve you well.

Works perfectly, love the color,the good quality, how light it is and my 13 yr old son loves it. The pick up was fast and the workers were so helpful. I had questions and they helped me with everything. They had patience and guided me with other things I needed to purchase. I felt welcomed and accomplished of my Christmas gifts. I love Best Buy and their deals.

A must have! Just using it now and just saying it is user friendly and I am going to keep this for long as I can. Great buy and most wonderful machine yet that I have ever had. Keyboard is fantastic and with the screen light you don`t even need a lighted keyboard! Great job HP!

This laptop is fast, lightweight, and easy to use.

Very fast and sleek. Fan was loud at times, but I ended up trying not to use it when plugged in and it was better. Not very comfortable for using on the lap as the keypad is in the middle of the laptop as opposed to slightly on the left as other computers. This ended up with me pressing things in error. Overall I ended up returning this and getting something slightly bigger.

Great Laptop so far. Seems to have had an issue that whenever there is a Windows 10 update it goes thru this error process when it boots back up after the update, strange. I'm still monitoring if this is a serious issue with the laptop. Other then that I have no complaints. Laptop has great performance, it's responsive and has a nice touch screen display.

Love this laptop, got it for my daughter so she can do her schoolwork since covid and her other laptop gave in. She's able to use it without my help and she loves to draw. This laptop gives her that option to be able to bring that out of her even more. She's very comfortable with it and it is durable for her.

Really a nice computer. Not just a laptop, but a fast computer with a smooth touch screen and the images and movies are so clear and sharp. Light enough to carry around the house too. Or the office. Hope I have reached 50 characters because I don't know what more to say

The HP laptop was an excellent choice to purchase. Which included a touch screen, sufficient hardware and storage. The HP processing unit is quick and efficient for my needs. I have purchased two of them in the last two months for family needs.

I still have a 2016 Dell Inspiron 13” i7 7th Generation 2-in-1. This HP has better graphics, sound, keyboard layout and longer battery life. The USB-C port and Alexa is an example of evolving technology after only a few years. I love this x360 notebook.

My first computer purchase and i couldnt be happier. Does all the basic computer things but also has touch screen and can fold it to look like an i pad or whatever. 100% recommend

bought 2 months ago and am happy with purchase! fast boot. runs multiple basic programs with ease. often use wireless keyboard and mouse but am comfortable using the keyboard and touchpad. lightweight. like the fingerprint login. battery life good. it is a good little no frills laptop.

Purchased this for my daughter to use to replace an aging chromebook. She loves it!! Would have been a 5 star rating other than battery life is not optimal. Re-charging is quick though. Easy for her to use and has enough features to handle all that a high school freshman needs.

I purchased this laptop on November 15. The bestbuy associate did awsome job by helping me with research and confirmation related to RAM upgrade. This laptop is a great deal and excellent build quality. The screen is FUll HD and best part is IPS display in low price range.

This laptop is fantastic to use. Goes from laptop to tablet mode with ease. The screen is perfect size. All the applications work great on the operating system. Would be great if your a business person or a student

I love this laptop! It is lightweight and easy to use. Seems to run fast. The only thing that could be improved on in my opinion is the fingerprint access—sometimes it takes a couple times of repositioning your finger in order to get it to read.

I love it! It’s fast. The sound quality is impeccable. I’ve not had any problems with it since my purchase on June 1, 2021. I would recommend this select pc to anyone looking to purchase a touch screen laptop.
