Had a 10 year old Toshiba that was still working but getting very very slow. Wanted a mid range laptop that was fast. Got it. Takes less than 30 seconds to boot and open a browser window. Learning how to use a 2 in one with touch screen and touch pad. Touch pad is very responsive (sometimes a little too so). I'm not a heavy user, just some programs and internet searches. Love the finger print scan to get sign in quickly.

Love Best Buy Costumer Service

The first laptop i purchased had a small defect nothing big but it was still getting in the way of my laptop usage and i took it to Best Buy and with my laptop warranty i was able to get it replaced at no extra charge. I like My laptop so far i recommend it for those of you who are looking for a stable laptop.
