Not very comfortable

Also cinstantly having to re adjust it to fit my ear correctly. Very uncomfortable.

I didn't use the warranty because I don't know how. I've used this device for several years replacing it every few years. Im still loyal to this device and probably always will be. Its reliable and familiar. I bought another new one.

Worked for 2 weeks

It worked well for the 1st 2 weeks, then co-workers started complaining about not being able to hear me. It still worked at this point with my personal phone just fine, then a few days later i was told it sounded like i was underwater. Will be returning

It sucks. Doesn't answer the phone, or hang up when I say so. I have to hit Poly V Legend 50 on my phone so it answers to my bluetooth. It should be doing it automatically. Very disappointed after all these years.

I did the steps to turn off the voice functions and it doesnt work. Does not send notification chime to second connected phone. I went back to the blue parrot, way bettor product.
