    If you are purchasing this to use on standardized exams, READ the test rules. This is allowed on some tests, not on others. (I think SAT allows it, ACT not.) This is my son's, and he loves it.

    My kids have better calculators for school. I have a couple of old HP's. This calculator does the same math they are working on. There is a little bit of a learning curve. I have not purchased an HP calculator In a long time.

    HP Prime calculator is the best one out there - I highly recommend it. It CAN be used on the AP exams and SAT, just not the ACT.

    This calculator does a great job of doing a variety of different types of math. The only problem is that the programming language is Pascal which I don't remember that well.

    There are so many thing this calculator is capable of it’s unbelievable. Definitely more visually appealing than Ti models from Texas Instruments

    This calculator was purchased for my son. It has all the necessary higher math functions and it will lady him through engineering school. Unfortunately it doesn't have RPN.

    The only problem I had was having to cycle pwr sometimes to get it to come on. Other than that, it functions great.
