good pc but a bit heavy to handle.....plus only 8 gigs so not the fastest

Computer delivered fast and just as described. Computer looked like in mew condition only issue was the power adapter was broken so my daughter could not get her Christmas gift setup for use. I looked through some boxes of electronics and was able to find an old charger for my toshiba laptop that worked.

I love how fast this laptop is. And the I can't believed it was refurbished. I definitely feel like I got a bargain.

Easy to use my kid loves it. Able to do his zoom class and play fortnite.

Why is my operating system no longer active on my laptop. I bought this with Windows 10 pro and now less than 2 months later the operating system is expired. I am an unhappy customer. The laptop served its purpose even though I had to drive almost 250 miles round trip to get it because Best Buy shipped it to the my old address in another state. After jumping through hops to get it and all the inconvenience, it was not worth it but i need a laptop to work from home because of the Covid 19

Because I have been dealing with personal health issues I haven’t been able to thoroughly check out my laptop I purchased from you. In fact I would think that I didn’t pickup my order for quite a bit after it came in probably signified there might have been a problem. My display has lost its color and is incredibly difficult for a person who has MS to see with my failing vision. I’m not impressed with your company’s policies in the least

Does not work properly extremely slow and could not figure out the problem with the 10 key typing random letters and cause if everything to freeze and crash. Just waiting to return once the store open again.

Refurbished, but poor shape cosmetically. Would not power on. Returned.

It was refurbished but I expected with it coming from Best Buy that ALL faculties of the product has been checked. One of the shift keys did not work upon arrival and Best Buy Geek squad would not fix it so I had to return it.

This computer is the best is so fast and also the graphics is good you can control Easy and the wireless connectivity is nice

A great value as a starter laptop for my 6th grader. This was exactly what he needs vice whatvhe may want.

This is an old laptop and the speakers don't work..

Product is in excellent condition and performs as new. The Geek Squad migrated data files from the old laptop as well as the security program so I am able to be back online with no issues at all. Thank you!

HP's are so so as far as reliability. However this one was on sale so I took a chance! I find that Dell's are a lot more reliable.

Not worth it , the size of Power adaptor is Huge not easy to carry
