Decent laptop for the price but the wifi cuts out from time to time

worst refurb I have ever purchased. started having issues the week it got here. Even had over heating issues, and keyboard swelled up, but went back down. battery was starting to swell in the last few weeks and there was a spark happening every time it was started up. on/off switch was installed wrong and we restart the laptap when you closed it for the night.

I just picked up my refurbished hp probook from Best Buy. The process was so easy!! They scanned my qr code and my product was ready to go. The laptop was totally clean with no scratches, and it was ready setup as a new computer. Setup took only 30min. I highly recommend buying through best buy for your laptop needs!

Great laptop - I can't even tell it is refurbished. I love the lights on the keyboard and the storage space is great for large programs and downloads. Battery life tends to drain a little fast though.

Great product. Used for work and does as needed for it to

been using the laptop now for 2 months. the only issue i have encountered is that my documents weren't being saved in an accessible location. I called joysystems and they sent me a reinstallation USB to wipe out malware threats. i am yet to find out if it works but i hope it does. Their customer service rep was very helpful

Computer looked nice, but it came with the wrong charger and I had issues setting it up. I thought wifi adapter came built in with computer. And I also spoke with customer service from best buy. They told me wifi adapter was built in. I don't know if it was just the computer being defective.

This Laptop seemed like it would be a quality laptop for someone. Noemy with Joysystems did a great job refurbishing it! My problem came when I recieved the laptop and realised that it was not touch screen after I had been told specifically that it was while in store.

Great computer for the price. I lost my last computer due to water damage and this one was affordable and came very fast.

The computer came clean and I had no issues setting it up.

Broke easy no support. Son who is six sat on it when it was closed just for a quick second shattered the screen.

I will never buy another item from best buy and they can cancel their card thay are very unfair ... i bought an item and saw it online for much less i put it to their attention and they started the process then when return window date for item pass they stop the process
