Very easy to order, computer arrived a day earlier than promised, which was perfect. Very good packing, super safe, with extra padding. The laptop is in excellent condition, like new. Very happy with purchase! Joy Systems did excellent job refurbishing it. Looks and works like new.

These laptops are in excellent condition. We bought a few of them and each one arrived well-packaged and in great working condition. We have no issues with them and are very happy with the purchase.

We bought this refurbished laptop after a friend has recommended Joy Systems. The computer arrived earlier than promised, very well packed and in excellent condition. It works great, setup was a breeze and we're up and running! Thank you Joy Systems for excellent refurbishing job. Very happy.

I've been shopping with BestBuy for several years; their my go-to for many items :) This new laptop has far exceeded my expectations. No issues what-so-ever. Every time I go to their website I find something at a great price, online shopping & shipping is perfect no issues either. The laptop is in excellent operating condition.
