Once I got past the fiasco during the ordering process and the nearly two hours wasted straightening it out and it finally arrived I was suprised as I had to open the case to get it functioning as the hard drive was not connected. Once that was accomplished it turned out to be a wonderful purchase and hope it will bring my grandchild years of enjoyment.

only issue is it requires occasional windows reboots. I've been able to play my Microsoft games without freeze ups while performing other tasks such as spyware protection. for the money, its performed well so far.

It arrived sooner than anticipated. There is one concern, the fan motor is quite loud and sounds like it is struggling. Time will tell if it will last. The machine does what it is supposed to do. It’s just nice to have a machine that I don’t have to fight.

Bought this as a 2nd or backup PC, works well and is fast. The 2TB drive should hold a lot of video and audio files and the 10 or so USB ports give me the ability to connect a lot of peripherials. Small form means you're somewhat limited on extra cards to fit in but you can work around that with a little shopping.

The hard drive makes a little noise but for the price you don’t mind it.

I bought this for office use, the 8GB RAM and 3+ clock speed make it very quick. 2TB drive has tons of space for data files and videos, etc. Wins 10 is different but runs fine & fast. No qualms on it being a refurb, will get another one when the need arises!

Unlike every other computer this one did not have windows and I would not have bought it had I known.

This machine more than met my requirements at a reasonable price. I too would rather have a refurbished brand name machine with more horsepower/memory than a new lesser known brand. A one-year warranty is fine for a refurbished machine. All function worked out of the box, it was delivered in just a few days, when promised. The only thing that would be better is for it to be new, but I accept that tradeoff. Before purchasing, I called BestBuy's help line to find out the warranty term. They got the information for me and were courteous and efficient. This information should be given in the catalog listing.

Please do not purchase a refurbish desktop from best buy. You get the run around wit best buy & Hp trying to get it fixed.

Delivered faster than expected, so far is a great computer for a affordable price. Everything came and was swift.

I received my computer earlier than expected. The hard drive is a little noisy, but other than that It works great. I love It.

So far so good, no issues with the hardware. More than enough for school and can run games well enough at lower settings.
