Fresh and Nice . It’s really good choice for school kids. My kid loves its features.

The computer sent to me did not have the specifications I ordered. I was very particular about having a backlit keyboard and 3 USB ports. This one, however only had two USB ports and no backlighting. I don't know about the quality of everything thing else because I didn't complete the set up due to these missing components.

Received this refurb laptop and by the 3rd start up i had to go back into best buy because it would freeze and not actually turn on. I understand 100% it is refurbished but i don't understand how a product can be sold and be defective and best buy wanted to have me pay for the repairs on a product that they think is refurbished good enough to sell.

Won't work with my HP docking station although a Elitebook I had worked.

The left and right arrow buttons don't work. How did this pass testing?

Hp has really fell off to me. Stopped charging and had to take it back after 2 months

The computer was in good working order with no damage. All necessary parts were included. Found it a bit odd that the computer had to go through a few hours of updates, but that's not a huge inconvenience. The battery life seemed a bit short, but the computer went through a lot of updates while I was utilizing it, so that may be negligible. My husband has been using it for a few days now and there seems to be no obvious issues with the software or the functionality of the computer. He doesn't complain about the batter so it's probably fine. I would certainly recommend purchasing another refurbished computer from best buy. The model itself is thick and clunky, but that is not a problem with us. The screen is a bit dark, and its difficult to look at the screen sometimes even with minimal sunlight coming through the windows. This is just due to the type of screen, upping the brightness will help, but won't completely solve the problem. This model has a curser button in the center of the keyboard which my husband enjoys. My only true complaint is the screen, but it doesn't bother my husband who primarily uses the computer for work and very mild gaming. I recommend the model if you don't mind drawing the curtains when the sunlight gets in the way. Otherwise we are very happy with this model.

Laptop arrived the very next day (today). Overall it looks excellent and is working fine on power. However, I got an error that the Battery needs to be replaced. Have to contact customer support and see what they say.

When I got the confirmation email it said it was on back order. The laptop came faster than expected. It looks brand new. It’s nicer than what I was expecting. Perfect for my needs.

Unit crashed after only a couple of weeks. It was not checked out properly before Joy Systems shipped the unit. The unit totally failed. The only thing that showed on the screen was a faint light. This unit cost me a great deal of time to transfer data over to it. I was very pleased and appreciative that Best Buy gave me a full refund.
