I purchased 20 of these Hp computers and they worked so good that I got 20 more from this company out in California, then I was looking on Best Buy for a computer and little did I know they have the same refurbished computers too so I purchased one for another client of mine.

So far so good I have no complaints as of yet it’s been a short time of me having it.

Worked well for a few months then died. BestBuy did nothing as it was past the return window. I sent it to the refurbisher (Joy Systems), but they did not fix the underlying issue. Last time I buy refurbished.

This computer runs well and would meet my needs. but it comes with Windows 10,(which will not be supported past October) and cannot be upgraded to Windows 11. I can find nowhere on the listing that tells me it comes with Windows 10, although it could be hidden someplace. This is outright fraud, and I'm shocked that BestBuy would be this sleazy.

Connectivity Specifications listed are incorrect. There are 0 HDMI outputs and 2 Display Ports instead of the posted 1 HDMI & 3 Display Port outputs. Do not buy if planning on using HDMI.

The item arrived when promised but I had trouble with the NIC on the motherboard. I couldn't access some websites and had to purchase a USB Wifi adapter and disable the NIC on the motherboard. The Wifi adapter worked great and solved the problem with the websites that wouldn't load. Also, and this is my fault for not checking beforehand, the computer is not Windows 11 ready. I should have checked the specs more closely before buying. All in all it's a good computer; I have dual monitors running just fine. The processor is good even though it's not Windows 11 compatible. I would get another HP Mini Desktop but check for Windows 11 capability first.

Good mini pc, the ssd is quick and the processor works well for my needs.

This little pc was super easy to set up. I was honestly a little nervous at first when we switched systems, but once everything was all said and done, i was sold on getting more for the office. It's definitely worth the money.

Recently purchased a couple of these EliteDesk Desktops to replace a few computers around the shop. It's easy to shy away from Refurbished computers but "joysystems" did a great job and you would not be able to tell it was a refurb, everything ran smoothly and continues to. I definitely would suggest this desktop from bestbuy.

These were super easy to set up! They're easy to use, and I had no issues. My company is going to use them a ton!
