I had just purchased one somewhere else and it was a piece of garbage. I've always had good luck with my best buy purchases so I thought I would try one more time and I'm glad I did. This computer works just as good as a brand new one and has everything on it I need.

The only issue was the description stated it had an HDMI port and the actual computer did not only a display port.

I bought this computer for my father whos old desktop died on him. He doesn’t need an i7 or 16gb ram that this unit includes but for $300 he can browser and email surf all day long. Great product quality overall.

I thought Amazon would be the best place to purchase, but I was wrong. Sent back several computers because of a variety of reasons. Didn't know Best Buy sold reburnished computers at a reasonable price. Joysytems refurbished computer has given me much Joy! No hiccups in the system - backed by guarantee - Loving my new system!
