do not waste of your money on this PC 1st,inaccurate description, description says “i5 processor” and it comes with i3; 2nd, HDD is very slowly, it takes long time to boot up and open the software

This is a 3rd party seller using Best Buy's name. As others have mentioned, what is sent out is a Core i3, 4GB EliteDesk 800 G1 USDT under the label Core i5. Also, as others have mentioned, I received the wrong power adapter when the unit was first sent out. The correct HP part is 648964, what was sent was some off brand with a plug too small to fit the barrel jack on the back of this PC. In case you are wondering, this PC does not have a standard power supply unit (PSU), but is instead essentially a laptop motherboard inside a PC case, so the power supply is integrated directly on the motherboard, hence why a special power adapter is needed, not the standard IEC C13/C14 connection. If you reach out to chat or phone support, they will direct you to a local Best Buy store, which will not have this HP part, nor any way to source it to you. The only hope for support you have will be to reach out to PlanItROI, which is the 3rd party seller. They will offer to send you the correct part, but at week long shipping. Request expedited shipping and it should be granted. If I didn't need this PC for old hardware testing for work and running Linux, I would've returned it. Avoid this product.

Upgraded my ancient PC with this one. I remote into my office so I don't need an expensive PC. This one is fast an plug and play for the most part. Their is a known issue where you will have turn on your on your second monitor manually if your PC goes to sleep. No Bluetooth, but everything else is fine. Since most stuff is in the cloud you don't need much more. Not top of the line, but a great price. Just make sure to order display port adapters.

Got it the other day. Just checking it out today. It doesn't have an HDMI port like the ad says. It did come with a DVD-RW drive. It shipped with a keyb & mouse. I like that it does not have any bloatware -- pretty clean. RAM is shared w/ video; so less than 8GB usable.

Purchased for work at home, and It works ok. I'm having a problem with my mic; I'm not sure if it is one of the USB ports on the front; also, on the screen, it says install window. I'm not able to personalize PC. I can use it to work at home so it ok that is why I brought it. No biggy, I can use my laptop for other things.

Didn't work out of the box, wasted hours on the phone trying to get hold of a tech support person. They said to just take it back to a store. Missed our deadline to have a system up and running with the added shipping time. Very disappointing.

The power couldn't turn on and Montebello office refuse to fix the problem.

A decent computer, for everyday common use. The cd reader was disconnected and they changed the hard drive for an SSD. 256 SSD instead of 500 HDD

Mixed reviews made me nervous but I had to find a quick solution for my mother's Windows 7 very slow 10 yr+ desktop. Desktop hard drive arrived Sept 14, so I could take it in my carry-on bag to set up for my mother when I flew up since COVID restrictions had eased. Set up went well and I got her a new screen while there. Returned home. All was well until Oct 28 the hard drive would not turn on. Walked her through on facetime how to reboot, etc. Nothing. She cannot crawl around re powerbars, etc., at 85, and she eventually disconnected it and carried it to the "geek" squad who told her the drive could not be activated. So frustrated. I am over 1000 miles away and the computer is her only connection with church and family. Found the receipt and of course it had already expired!!

Obnoxious waste of my time and money. Definitely not an i5 processor, despite paying significantly more. After reading the other reviews, I thought surely they can't screw up that many of these - joke's on me. Customer service is not at all helpful, and now I'm stuck waiting even longer b/c of their error.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased, fresh out of box and all set up (after having to buy display port to HDMI adapters when they insisted this has HDMI hook up) and now this thing is beeping four times which Google says is a power related problem , or something. And of course... Nobody at Best Buy in the chats on the phone or in store is trying to help me.

So far so good. Good value for the money. Easy set up.

Had one before and liked it. The price is right. This one has a hum and don't know why.

Works well, but I recommend changing out the hard drive for a SSD

I have received 2 power cords and neither of them work, have yet to hear back after leaving several messages for a 3rd power cord.

Love this! This computer is not bluetooth capable to my surprise. But I ordered an adapter tomake it bluetooth capable. It works very well all i did was plug it into my usb in the pc and it work great!

Comes with a genuine Windows 10 professional, excellent specs for the price. Also came with a bonus Keyboard and mouse that was a nice surprise. Come with a power cable. Perfect for a home or office desktop!!

Computer does not work. Scratches on the side and the Ethernet port is broken so the cord does not stay clicked in.

The Computer working great. I happy with the computer I buy a 27" monitor that nice.
