Two issues. This computer would not recognize a second hard drive and two weeks into ownership the sound went out. I'm sure it was a problem with the item I bought and not the product line and Best Buy gave me no problem with returning the item.

Item arrived and did not start up. This was my first and, most likely, last refurbished purchase as the return process has been overly complicated and still not resolved.
