Envy printer is working great. Great bargin for a good unit

This is a great all around printer. I have bought HP printers for years. I haven't been let down yet. I love that it has a document feeder. I haven't tried printing a.photo yet,too much going on in my life right now. I would definitely recommend this printer to a friend.

This printer is just what I was looking for. I needed an updated printer that had the ability to scan/print multiple sheets of paper through a feeder for my home office, while still allowing me the convenience of Bluetooth connection for a good price. This printer checks all of the boxes for what I was looking to purchase.

4 stars since we've only had it for a week but very happy and impressed with everything so far....maybe in a month or so we can give a 5 star rating!

Good quality, But ink runs out quickly would recommend for use of once in a while printing not a Frequent use printer

Great investment for refurbished! I purchased another printer new and it could not connect with my computer. This model in essence was an upgrade for the same cost.

Never expected the refurbished printer to come with brand new ink. This was a great purchase.

I was looking forward to using my new refurbished HP printer. Thought I got a good deal. Upon set up and putting in ink cartridges I was given error message that color ink cart was empty. I bought new ink cartridges only for the same message to reappear. I returned and exchanged refurbished model for new one. Lost $50 on the ink because it can’t be returned once opened and the new printer doesn’t take the same ink. You live and you learn though. No more refurbished items for me.

Does documents and photos. Its a wonderful device!

Continuously offline. After unplugging printer and WiFi, I can sometimes get it back online to print some items. Next day, offline again! I do not have the time or energy to constantly unplug, wait, plug in again (sometimes several times) to use printer.

Waste of money. It stopped working after few days and we barely got to use it

Printer did not work when it arrived. After going through the setup process the printer produced a feeder error. No paper had been put in and there was none found when opening doors. This was a refurbished model.

Never again!!! Take a full minute to print 1 sheet!! I have to literally stand in front of it for it to receive a 1 page file. Too bad I couldn’t try it out before the return period ended.

Printer is good, like new. We can't really say it is refurbished. Printing, bulk scanning (the main reason why I bought this one) are really good. A new blank & white and color ink cartridges included - awesome. I can't complain. One minor thing is that the printer is taking a little longer to boot and little noisy during that time. But, I really don't care since it is very good value for the money.
