Printer is good, like new. We can't really say it is refurbished. Printing, bulk scanning (the main reason why I bought this one) are really good. A new blank & white and color ink cartridges included - awesome. I can't complain. One minor thing is that the printer is taking a little longer to boot and little noisy during that time. But, I really don't care since it is very good value for the money.

Very happy with my purchase! You can’t beat the sale & refurbished price. It does go through ink fairly quickly but with the monthly payment/refill program that they have its actually really affordable. Perfect for printing signs & displays for my small business. The print quality on traditional printer paper is decent, nothing to write home about but not bad. When using photo paper, the quality was drastically better, I was thoroughly impressed! If you’re between several different models, and don’t mind the tricolor cartridges, this is the one for you.

This is a great printer. Excellent quality great price. Was reluctant to buy refurbished but really needed a printer and on a very tight budget. Meets all my needs.

Very good leaves lines in light color prints though

This was a refurbished item, supposedly guaranteed to work. I was sorely disappointed. Upon turning the printer on to connect to my server, it would not connect. Somehow bypassing that issue, it immediately said there was a "paper jam" and I hadn't put paper in yet. After that error message was gone there was "photo tray paper jam." After that message it said the ink cartridges weren't installed correctly, I tried to open it and fix this issue and it never let me open it. With my toddler screaming at my feet and this printer obviously not working, I boxed it back up and returned it the next day. After this experience I will never purchase any refurbished item, guaranteed or not. I knew it was too good to be true, I guess that's what I get for trying to upgrade on a budget.

this design looks like a office jet pro printer this printer looks ugly hp customer service has gone down hill I will never buy a hp printer ever again

I bought it because I didn't want to go to stables every week for color and black and white printing. But the print quality was not good at all and I had to return it.
