Good computer and a good price. The setup was fairly easy, and the pin needed is underneath. Just lift up and you will see it on the right hand side.

This printer would be great IF there werent lines all over when i print. The lines are in even increments and you can see them especially when color is printed. I called HP and after 2 hours on the phone of troubleshooting all they said was they will send me new ink to see if thats the issue. It is definetly NOT the issue. I got the new ink, same problem. I even sent them photos of what it printed and they said i need to use photo paper BUT im printing a color document, not a photo. They said when that much ink is coming out it needs tougher paper but ive had other color ink printers and regular printer paper is fine. Im even using premium copy paper. Super annoying.

Only 3 months free ink not 1 year like advertised so i returned

This was a great replacement for my previous printer! Easy to hook up and start printing, great copy quality, and simple cartiridfe replacement.

Printer/scanner work great. Not excited I signed up for pre-paid ink (and now they want me to get their paper as well) and the fact I am restricted to 100 prints per month! But that is HP, they enjoy adding on fees. This the 4th Office Jet I have purchased in the past 20 years.

The remote printing features are great. Copy quality is excellent. Had to reconfigure WiFi after using for a month, not sure why that happened, and was only able to do it using the HP Smart App instead of directly from the printer. The scanning feature is very easy to use and convenient. Of all the HP printers I've used, the 8000 series always seems to be the one I end up using the most. Don't install updates automatically if you plan on using non HP original print cartridges.

I needed a new printer as my old one was not printing correctly. I love the HP brand and the mail ink service they provide so when I saw this refurbished all in one printer at a discounted price I hurry up and purchased it. It does a little more than my older printer like printing 2 sided which is a plus. It runs quiet and is very easy to use. I hope this lasts me just as long as my old HP printer.

I would highly recommend this printer. After coming from a cheap Canon printer that only worked when it felt like it, I am loving this printer. It is always reliable, setup is a snap, and so far it uses far less ink than my old Canon paperweight. Price was understandably higher, but you do get what you pay for with this model. Printing is quick and easy, as is scanning. I have not yet had to copy anything with it but I have no doubt that will be good as well. Buy this printer, you will not be disappointed.

Our HP printer has been a great addition to our home office. It prints quickly, clearly, and connects easily to all our devices. Ink lasts a long time, and setup was simple, no frustration at all. It’s quiet, efficient, and dependable every time we need it. HP really makes printing stress-free!

The printhead on my HP 8620 failed and I could not resurrect it. I needed a printer quickly and found a refurbished printer, with more features than the 8034e I ended up with, on the Best Buy website. When I went back on line to purchase it, a few hours later, it was no longer available. I ordered the 8034e which was a lower level model but the same price as the one I intended to order. I also purchased the extended service plan. When the unit came into the store I picked it up. I found the quality to be somewhat suspect because the socket where the power cord plugs into the printer is flimsy and loose. It worked, however, so I continued the installation process. I also found the ink cartridge retention devices, they are on the cartridges and not the printhead, to be flimsy and needed to be played with for the cartridges to stay in place. Later in the day I went back to the BestBuy website and found the the original refurbished model, larger with more features than the 8034e but for the same price, was once again available. It didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy at all but, with the "bird in the hand" philosophy, decided to keep the 8034e since I had completed the installation. It has been working properly but I'm not impressed with the quality of this model and would have preferred something more substantial with greater capabilities especially if available for the same price. In any event, I trust BestBuy and I have the extended coverage so I have my fingers crossed I won't have to use it.

We have only had it for 3 weeks. So far, it works great. It was on a good sale. Very easy to set up and use. Print quality is excellent. I had instant ink for the printer before this one and was happy with it. Even better with this printer because it is free for the first year.

This printer is very good especially for the refurbished price. The print speed is much better than our old Pixma, and it’s much more user friendly.

Very easy setup. Bought a refurbished unit and it looks brand new. Not a scratch on it. Not a fan of HP instant ink program and they really push that, but this is a backup replacement, so I'll buy ink whenever I need it.
