The wireless connectivity is better in this one though. I have it on wifi, and all devices print with no problem. The one i have connected through usb gets stuck or freezes when more than one device tried printing from it, so this one is a huge plus.

The support team are very helpful but things keep not working. I have a HP 9025e and have had no troubles.

I was shipped to a local store for curbside pickup in about 3 days. Everything is working great.

I was ok if printing doesn't have any problems. When I received this, I feel like brand new product. well packed and new ink set included. no appearance damage at all.

Also I was supposed to get a year of free ink and it’s only 3 months. Also no manufacturer warranty.
