    There were issues with the product that required me to return and replace the printer. To credit of Best Buy, and the advice of the Geek Squad, it was easy to do. And new printer was so much better!

    Printed one copy and then it never connected again no matter what I did! Had a tech person and they couldn’t get it to print or connect either.

    The printer works perfectly. It has a USB port so I can scan documents directly. Makes color copies and prints out. And for an extra $20 I bought the 4 year replacement warranty. Paid less then half the amount of new. Refurbished works perfect for me. Thanks, Best Buy!

    HP printers are the worst. This will be my last one. They never seem to print when you want them to print. They are constantly offline and I usually have to reboot my computer every time I want to print. Literally, I hit print and nothing happens. No error message. No printing. Nothing. I have an HP desktop so they should be really compatible. The HP Smart print app is pretty dumb. It is almost never helpful and does not resolve most problems.
