Also I was supposed to get a year of free ink and it’s only 3 months. Also no manufacturer warranty.

USES TOO MUCH INK!

Both new and old are HP 8 series printers. 8034e & 8710. The ink usage is ridiculous on the 8034.

Sometimes Returns are Necessary

To credit of Best Buy, and the advice of the Geek Squad, it was easy to do. And new printer was so much better!

Refurbished rocks for me!

Makes color copies and prints out. And for an extra $20 I bought the 4 year replacement warranty. Paid less then half the amount of new. Refurbished works perfect for me. Thanks, Best Buy!
