I brought this printer thinking I was saving money on an item that did 4 things I needed in one, fax scan, copy, and print in color, AND yes it did all of that and more.

This unit Prints and scans legal size docs. Prints and scans 2-sided as well. not much need of a fax; however, it too works.. the auto DOC feeder keeps the copy and scans task simple. the 250-page paper drawer; Does NOT need filling Daily, great! Even at best quality; ink does not run out after 100 or so pages of black or color. the CYMK 4 cartridge apache help assure you DO not waste ink; like 2 cartridge printers. And all the wired and wireless connectivity with networks and devices Great too.

It works well it is a little noisy but not worse that other ink jets.

Refurbished printer was delivered without a power cord and with ink cartridges installed (a No-No per the first screen that came up after powering up). The installed cartridges were all listed as "incompatible" when printer utility was run. The printer would not print anything, not even a test page!

Printer was easy to set up and even easier to use. You get a decent amount of copies out of each ink cartridge.

OMG!! 1st hp printer that I purchased that had sooooooo issues, it would not stay connected to my wifi, contacted HP several times and they kept blaming my internet provider, managed to get AT&T to come out the same day to check out the internet, tech couldn't find ANYTHING WRONG, but I asked to have the modem/router replaced and was given a BRAND NEW UNIT!! Everything such as my Ipad, IPhone, and my Samsung smart t.v.,connected to my wifi just fine, the only thing that didn't connect was this HP 8720 officejet printer. Called HP support they kept me on the phone for over 3 1/2 HOURS, since they couldn't blame it on AT&T NO LONGER, the tech decided to send me out another brand new 8720 printer, but only thing is now, I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK TO RECEIVE IT!! Not happy about that at all!! I will do another review after I receive and try out the new one!!!

Refurb offered a good buy on a good printer. Also, a friend who had recently purchased an 8720 strong recommended it.

I have had one of these printers before and it is just the powerhouse of printers, I think. This one was refurbished yet it has worked just like a champ right out of the box. With the new ink program I am expecting it will be nice not to have to keep going to buy ink but get it when the printer knows it needs it. Does duplex just superb!

Great printer but the first one Igot would not print the ink for some reason. Called Best Buy and they sent me another one and had UPS pick up the old one. No problem making it right. New one works great .

Still trying out all its capabilities, more than the previous one.

It didn’t work out off the box. It couldn’t even turn on the screen. I want to give lower star but I can’t.

Would have been a great purchase, but it would not even let me load the ink cartridges. Getting BB to accept the return was a mess as well.
